very bad experience . my wife is very upset
I was check in 12th Dec 2019. As I was executive room booking and confirmed by you but give us deluxe room which is very uncomfortable. After many request shifted on 14th Dec 2019 another room which is fresh room is very small and uncomfortable door look is broken, wall is dirty.

I use to stay at afridi since 2013 but now i am very very disappointed of their service ... i am very upset ...dirty towel and bed sheet...bad smell from bathroom...if i needed anything they said, later....no sitting capacity in restaurant for complimentary breakfast ...had breakfast without chair ,poor wifi network...booked room through online in high price but got as asual old room ....i will never go to afridi anymore and never recommend anyone...
