"We loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great choice of continental and cooked breakfast. The rooms were small but functional. The only thing we could fault was no heating in shower room or any means of drying towels. Adding a heated towel rail would make all the difference."

"Hotel was lovely. Well decorated and friendly, helpful hosts. Public areas and the rooms are comfortable and of a high standard. Kettle and tea/coffee in room were of high quality. However, it was let down by poor quality beds that had a weak base and were not suitable for large adults. They broke immediately upon sitting on the mattress. This will be a lovely hotel when beds are replaced with units that are suitable for enduring use by multiple guests. "

"The cottage is on a hill side overlooking the harbour and the views from the small deck are beautiful at anytime.the drive up to the cottage is extremely steep and narrow and the turning point at the top is limited. Inside the cottage is spacious and light, but some areas need an update, especially the kitchen. The weather was good and we enjoyed our time there."

"What can we say, other than what a great little place. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the service would amazing. We were welcomed warmly and even waved off! Dawn, was a great host. The room was in great condition, super comfy bed, and lovely shower/bathroom. Only a 5 minute wonder into town, yet far enough away that its peaceful and quiet. "Parking was cash only but luckily had that on us but finding the parking was difficult due to construction. Then the small hike to the hostel from the temporary parking was a bit much with bags and over a fence. Service was nice, beds were not very comfortable "
