The Executive experience is outstanding. This was ny 2nd time to use the Executive facilities at this location, and both times i was highly impressed with the check in service, quality of the room and the truly outstanding breakfast service in the Executive dining room.
Ive stayed at this property several times, but this time was specual as I selected a "superior" room. The service, amenities, acess to VIP level dining and other services was outstanding.
Good location with direct connection from the subway. The walkway is sheltered making it perfect as it was drizzly when we were there.
To top it off, our car rental company is right beside the hotel.
I had an excellent stay. The warm welcome and professional service were of a high standard. It was very convenient to come and go by car and train. The room was spacious and well furnished. I loved the view from the room. It’s a beautiful city. Peaceful, relaxing stay. I stayed 3 nights. It would have been nice to have had at least one English TV channel or bilingual options. I miss the Sky Lounge. This is the best hotel in Kitakyushu and will be my first choice for my next trip.
I enjoyed my stay. I had a good nights rest after a long journey around Kyushu island. It was a great place to stay the night to recharge. Now im heading to Hokkaido and down to Tokyo! Thank you for the hospitality. Would stay again when im back in the city.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The views from the hotel upper floors is outstanding. Location is extremely convenient, less than 5 minutes walk from Koura station.
Just one issue is the operating hours of in hotel restaurants. They all close very early even on weekends.
From the hotel room's view was amazing. Their check in time is 3:00, so we waited at the lobby but before 3 there was a already line, it took long time to check in. The room was OK, hotel building is connected with Kokura station with bridge with roof. The hotel itself is not special. I don't know I will stay next time.
An outstanding experience from just the standpoint of the room and facilities. I was there only for a quick overnight so didn't take full advantage of the hotel's in house facilities, ie, pool, restaurants, etc. I hope to stay again soon, for a bit longer.

Liked the location with close access to the train station and shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Did like the lack of English speaking channels on TV. Only had the fake news channel CNN.

Liked how close it was to the train station and there were lots of places to tour.
Hotel is top notch and breakfast buffet was good. We had a problem with the noise above our room and Mr. Morita took care of the problem.

The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived late at night and they came to help unload and also offered their wheelchair for us to use for our elders. The staff was also very helpful in giving directions to the mall indoors and not having to walk around the building. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hotel rates could be improved on.
