"Had some annoyances staying here, after a long day at the parks we come back to our room made up , but with no towels in the room they did not replenish. I tried calling the front seat and none of the phones in the building worked. I called from my personal phone to request more towels I was on hold for 10 min and then they hung up on me. I had to personally go to the front desk “another building” and request more towels, they then told me that the manager told them “not” to answer the phones because of customers in the lobby.. the lobby was empty… kind of ridiculous for them to ignore phone calls to the property. The hallways were hot, for breakfast they need to definitely get a program worked out because the lines were super long and there was no coordination, people are walking and skipping everyone trying to get their breakfast. There was a whole other section they could open up by where you can toast breads but it was closed. All 4 days I was there. The property is big “the room I am talking about” but probably won’t stay here again."
