5/5 Excellent
"Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers.
Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "

"The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy.
Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa.
Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night.
We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

"The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel.
Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable!
The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had.
Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day.
Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect. "
"Staff here go above and beyond to make your trip special - Jamie was an absolute delight and we enjoyed seeing him each day - so helpful, friendly and always with a smile. Mariana on reception was also amazing - thanks for a lovely stay.
The food was average but i think this is standard for all inclusive holidays.
Would definitely recommend booking a suite if possible (we upgraded after the first night) and it was so much better. We had a suite with shared pool, the area was clean, pool was lovely and not too busy at all.
I would say for any beach lovers the beach nearby isnt the nicest, we ended up renting a quad and going to nearby Lindos Beach and St Pauls Bay which were beautiful with clear water.
Overall a great short break "
