Edge Estate is a luxurious apartment which is centrally located within very close proximity and/or easy access to New Kingston, Half Way Tree, Downtown Kingston, Norman Manley International Airport, Liguanea, the National Stadium, universities (UWI Mona, UTech, UCC, etc.), shops, restaurants and bars (e.g. South Avenue Grill), historic sites (Devon House, Kings House, Jamaica House, Bob Marley Museum) hospitals, banks (NCB Towers, Scotia Oxford Road), embassies (US, Canadian, Chinese, French, German), the main business districts (New Kingston and Downtown), Tracks and Records the famous Usain Bolt bar and restaurant.. The complex features 21 new apartments with underground covered assigned parking, 4 floors with elevator and stair access. It has electronic entry and exit gates which has 24 hours 7 days a week security. An infinity pool on the roof (4th Floor) and Gym Space is included..

The apartment contains the latest high-end tech and furniture to provide convenience and comfort. With smart LED bulbs, switches, leak sensors, and smart lock technology..

Guest access
Outside the apartment guests are welcome to use the facilities available to residents of the complex. Inside the apartment, guest will have full access, with the exception of the storage closet which is reserved for supplies for the apartment.

Other things to note
- PLEASE NOTE: The main Air Conditioning Unit is in the living room and is complimentary... The bedroom AC's are available at at additional cost.. Please let Richard know and he will discuss what the additional charges will be for your stay.. ....
- House keys have a presence sensor, which if lost or damaged will result in a US$500 replacement fee. Additionally if the key is lost, this will require changing at least one of the locks (for safety reasons). As such an additional replacement fee of up to US$400 (e.g. If we have to change the smart deadbolt) will be charged for each lock replacement..

-Smoking is strictly prohibited of any kind anywhere in the apartment..including the patio area .. A $250 dollar smoking fee per day..Please do not smoke..Thank you so much....Also...please be careful with playing music loud...I want you to enjoy believe me but blasting music.. and yelling and screaming.. you just can't do that.. Finally...the pool is 4 feet deep..DO NOT JUMP IN THE POOL...it is an infinity pool and if you jump in the pool the water will run over onto the patio area..and most importantly you could get really hurt.. Please no vaping..or vape pens.. or smoking of any kind in the apartment.. Thank you for your respect..Respectfully, Richard

Booking was a breeze and Richard's response rate is 100%. He was always available to respond to my questions - of which I had several prior to my arrival, but he was always responsive, professional and courteous. Gladstone "Glady" the property manager was awesome too, very courteous and personable but not intrusive. Communicating with him and Richard felt as if I were talking to people whom I've known for years - just really cool guys!!! They went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable at all times. The airport transfer was smooth and reasonably priced, and Glady made sure to give me a thorough walk thru of this hi-tech apartment before departing. I absolutely loved the AC sensors because it saves the hassle of having to remember to turn off the AC when you're heading out. The Apartment was just like the pictures on the website, it is spacious and tastefully decorated. The mattress on the king sized master bed is incredible - nice and firm! I got some of the best sleep ever!! I am still trying to find a way to export the mattress here to Florida. I did not want to leave the bed! The building is very secure with friendly occupants, and ample parking. I will definitely be staying here again and will let friends and family know about this gem.
