ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I pulled up to hotel. All the employees and family members were sitting outside smoking and drinking. Then my check in took 30 minutes that’s another orbitz Review. We finally got a room and it was filled with tons of paint brushed paint cans and tarp laying all round. We had to go back to desk to tell what’s going on with room. This took another 20 minutes before staff came with another room key. Not to mention it’s about 11pm and I’m exhausted So we get in new room and about 15 min in a family of roaches came crawling . I guess they double booked our room lol. Then we were handed 3 of the dingiest bath towel I have ever seen. No soap or tp. This place needs to be shut down !!!!!! Unacceptable. Maybe corporate should stay at this hotel. They obviously are ok with guest doing it .

The room was inexpensive but I still was shocked at the condition of the room. Stained towels, nasty looking walls. It was so creepy my husband wouldn’t get into the shower. Never again!!!

A lot of noise. Night manger was next door and played a lot of loud music. 12 channels on tv. You have to go to the front office every day to get towels that are nasty and have holes in then. Probably ok if your a crackhead.

Don't waste your time or money!
We knew what we were getting into when we booked a cheaper hotel but this was way beyond our expectations! It looks like a crack house! Our air conditioner / heater did not work, people hanging out in the parking lot, no towels, feces on the wall and there breakfast is a joke, tried to kill us with two week-old bread and a rotting Apple that sat there for the two days! The only good thing about this hotel is the nice lady at the front counter. When I spoke with hotels.com they called the hotel and confirmed all the problems we had but still did not offer us a refund of any sort.
Best if by November 4th, we checked in on the 15th?!!
One rotting lonely Apple sitting for 2 days or who knows how long?!
Filthy sticky sugary table that never got wiped off.

The staff was extremely helpful. I am 80, use a cane and it's difficult for me to get around. I was assigned a 2nd floor room - my fault for not mentioning my handicap (I'll be sure to request this in the future). The 2 women who worked there were excellent at helping me get everything I needed to the room. The room was nothing special but it was clean and I can't complain, considering the cost. Since I lost my husband in March '18 my traveling had been quite reduced. I am now at my 2nd home in Florida,, which is the reason I needed a room at the time. and will also need another when I go back to North Carolina in the spring

Hotel staff very friendly but breakfast horrible. No napkins no juice just cold cereal. They gave me a free bottle of water since I don't drink regular coffee. Pastries were good. At least i gotta good night's sleep & they were apologetic to me.

Just a place to sleep
The hotel itself is very dated, and could use a massive renovation. As a result, cleanliness and amenities suffer. The redeeming factor is that the staff were very friendly, and willing to do what they could to make you feel welcome. There was a mixup in my online reservation, but they were able to get me in a room and resolved the issue without any headaches. I wouldn't stay here on a vacation, but as a place to sleep while on a long trip, it worked just fine.

Didn’t even stay. Checked in and the room was in terrible condition. Location felt unsafe and mattresses were disgusting. We paid another 120 dollars to go up the road to a new hotel. Thanks for nothing, wont book through Travelocity again.

We checked in at like 11:30pm and there were many hotel guests standing outside of the room socializing, cooking & drinking. They were unsavory looking people. We walked to our room which was in the back of the building & it was very dark back there. We got into the room & stuff was broken, it smelled like mold & cat urine. We felt dirty & unsafe. Unfortunately we couldn’t afford to go somewhere else. We pushed the table up against the door for extra protection. And we also kept our flip flops on while walking around the room. When my husband opened the blinds a cockroach fell down.

An older motel, this is pretty basic, but also very reasonably priced. All the staff proved to be extremely friendly and helpful in resolving a few minor issues.

BED BUGS!
I GOT BIT UP BY BED BUGS!! Need I say more? The 2 people I dealt with were friendly but the place is borderline shut down with half the rooms closed and boarded up. I woke up very early and half sleepy and hit the road. 2 to 3 hours into my drive i started itching and it's only gotten worse with bites on my face , neck, back, and side. My first instinct when seeing the property was to go someplace else but I'd already booked the room and was very tired. I should have listened to my instincts and stayed away as I am now broken out all over and itching like crazy and have been to a doctor to determine what i have and get some medicine to stop the itching.

The place is in dire need of some TLC. The staff were pleasant and accommodating when having to deal with less than ideal conditions. No hangers in the closet, no breakfast on Friday morning, had trouble controlling the heat/ac. Bare bones accommodations at best. Plus = big, comfortable bed!

Complimentary shampoo and soap that I didn’t expect. Bed was comfortable enough and the sheets were clean. Lamps weren’t controlled by a switch near the door. They each had their own button which made turning on the light when I first walked in a bit confusing. Pillows still smelled like whoever used them before me. They offered a free continental breakfast that I didn’t have.

Scary encounter at the "Bates Hotel"
The hotel was nothing like it was advertised. There was no breakfast - only a pot of coffee sitting in the rundown very scary looking check-in area and that was so narrow that only one person could get through at a time. The place was poorly lit. The room had the main light out and when the lamp was located and turned on it revealed a room that looked like the sheets had never been washed. The bathroom had a very dirty plastic shower curtain slung over the rod revealing a tub that looked so dirty I would nit have given my dog s bath in it. The carpet was dirty and the curtain barely covered the window to outside. There was no way we could stay and left extremely disappointed as it was already past midnight. We turned around, checked out and went to the Fairfield next door. It was a terrible experience
