Fireplace use is not permitted which is not accurately reflected in the listing. I didn’t check out the pool or hot tub. Plenty of space in this unit for my group. "The property was beautiful. It's well kept, clean, comfy and cozy. The kitchen is stocked nicely. Loved the fireplace! Loved the amenities room, too! We relaxed and recharged in the Hot Tub, Sauna and Pool. It was therapeutic. The only problem we had was not spending more time there. Susan was a very gracious host. She was very attentive and accommodating. Chances and going back and recommending this property, 100%."

"We were a bit disappointed with this property. The pictures are a bit misleading as it felt dark and stuffy, which we didn’t expect. There was a strong cigarette odor that was hard to adjust to and the room kept dropping down to very cold temperatures (50s) even after we adjusted the thermostat. "Great location within just a few miles of Killington base made our spring skiing getaway nice. The unit was as advertised clean with a comfortable king size bed, adequate room, and convenient parking. We especially like the privacy, nestled up top in this community off the access road. The icing on the cake for us was an excellent pool, a lab pool, and hot tub that we made grade use of enjoy your stay, will be back again!"

Bedrooms were just as advertised. the hot tub in the master bedroom was perfect. for us skiers Killington resort was just up the road. Here are a couple of negatives that we encountered. 1) The dishwasher had a note on it that said "Please do not use the dishwasher it is not draining" then under this the previous tenant wrote "this sign was here when we arrived. "The Ultimate Eastern United States Ski Experience! Majestic mountain views and steps from the slopes! That’s only some of the finer points of the luxurious and rustic Mountain Inn at Killington. Situated at 47 Old Mill Road in Killington, VT, this inn is a 1 minute car ride or short walk to the “Beast of the East” known as Killington. The walk is perhaps 5 minutes from door-to-chairlift at Ramshead Mountain—one of six peaks that compromise Killington ski resort, which looms in the distance from the grounds of the inn. The inn is cozy, quiet, clean, modern yet rustic, and dog-friendly. There’s lots to enjoy from the on-site whiskey distillery and restaurant (Still on the Mountain), the bar, and the breakfast nook which serves a generous array of morning pick-me-ups including scones, sweet rolls, fruit, cold cereal in individually packaged bowl containers, Chobani Greek yogurt, water, juice, coffee and tea. I took my dog with me on a ski trip and we stayed two nights in April. On property you will also find a gift shop, live music on Friday and Saturday nights, an outdoor heated pool (no dogs allowed) plus a small gym and game room with a pool table and corn hole set-up for indoor fun. There is no air conditioning, and my room got hot at times so to cool it off you may opt to shut off the heat and open a window. I did, and the mountain air cooled things off nicely. My room was beautifully designed with a walk-in shower with sliding glass door, two queen beds, wooden headboards!"
