The staff is GREAT!! It's very close to the Fort Cavazos military base, so close you can hear when the Taps early in the morning and later in the evening. The facility is very nice, clean and well kept. I will definitely stay here again.

I like everything I have been using this hotel for almost 4 months and is very comfortable and the rates are affordable and the staff are friendly and great thank you.

I liked that the room did not have carpet, but a nice wood Laminate floor. This hotel is undergoing remodeling. There were obvious patched areas on the walls. The buffet was out of waffle mix and no ice machines avaiable.

The place I always go back to! Feels like family. Friendly attitudes and professional courtesy. Reserved a room, was upgraded to a suite on arrival. Had a late afternoon appointment cancelled, wanted to leave one day early, no problem with late checkout, always helpful going above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Place was dirty, not there fault but since it’s right next to a main road you can hear vehicles zooming pass by. Also had a 3 night reservation. Canceled after only being there 1 night. Guy at front tried to rip me off and keep my money. Instead of refunding money back to my card. He did a cash refund. Which I could clearly see on the receipt he gave me but received no cash and he also he also told me not to worry about the receipt. I would get my money back through Expedia. Spent about an hour on phone with Expedia while they got ahold of him and convinced him to refund my money back to my card.
