"Do not stay here, total false advertisement. We went to Kigali for a conference and booked this hotel for the week, but This place is defined not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, disgusting and very old carpets and curtains, very poor lighting, not flat screen tv’s and barely working to non existent wifi. All of these advertised in their website. "Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good."
