We had three great days at Lakeside. Keystone and Breckenridge were easy trips with lots of shopping and food choices. Felt we were hidden away but everything was really close. Highly recommend Last Chance Pizza. Very friendly and the veggie pizza was delicious. Also recommend Dillon’s Adam Brewery in Dillion for the bison burger and the Hefeweizen. Erik’s in Breckenridge for their salads and Erik’s wings.

Keystone ski trip
The property is in a great location if skiing Keystone or Breckenridge. Clean unit with beautiful views of Keystone lake. The only challenge we had was the pool/spa keys didn't work and we had to call maintenance to get us in.

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my boyfriends 40th birthday and this place was absolutely perfect! The location was close to everything and we loved watching the ice skaters at night. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great Stay in Keystone!
The unit is is a bit older, but very well kept. This was our first stay in Colorado and we loved it! The unit faces the sun all afternoon so it gets quite warm but fans and windows that open are provided. You will also find 2 much needed humidifiers to use (we recommend starting them right away, we didn't and regret it;)). You will see beautiful views out of the living room and bedroom windows as well as on the balcony. The sunrise and sunsets are beautiful over the mountains. If you don't ski like us, the first week in November is a great time to go. Awesome restaurants are close by. We would definitely recommend GOAT Soup and Whiskey Tavern. Great food and fun staff in a cool environment. Beautiful scenic drives where had everyday and the town of Breckenridge is close by and absolutely charming, especially for first time visitors. For the price and ease of access we would definitely recommend a stay at this unit whether you ski or not:).

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and fall colors were in full. It was beautiful. The only downside was that the condo was SUPER hot (88 degrees) when we checked in (most likely from the large sun facing windows) and took a long time to cool down and I do wish check in was a little earlier. Also, the heat didn’t work in the morning, but that is fixable. Really great place to stay and beautiful view. We enjoyed walking around and also sitting on the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Great vrbo
We stayed here because it was close to our wedding venue. We were so busy for the 4.5 days that we pretty much were only at the vrbo to sleep. It was pretty warm at night but the fan helped. Would stay again if we ever get to Colorado again.

Great stay in the mountains!
This was a great place to stay. It was exactly as advertised/pictured. Loaded with everything you need for your stay. Extremely clean and well-appointed. It also has amenities not mentioned in the advertising such as free use of a pool, hot tub, W/D, and free parking. My only complaint is with the Town of Keystone. All the fun stuff we came here to do (best Gondola in Colorado, summer snow tubing) was closed on Tues and Wed, which happened to be the only 2 days we stayed in Keystone. Lots of shops and restaurants were also closed. Keystone seemed like a ghost town in the summer. However, a short and beautiful 20 min drive to Breckinridge gave us TONS of summer activities, shops, and restaurants. Everything was open and booming with lots of people! I was just a bit disappointed in Keystone that they seem to shut down in the summer, while Breck continues to thrive all summer. My .02 worth...

Picturesque location
Unit 1545 has gorgeous views and was supplied well with TP, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hotel size: lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed using the indoor ski locker off the main entrance. Whirlpool and sauna were good, plenty of towels. Management checked in through text messages and a gal stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking when we checked in.

Great location!
I stayed here while attending a conference. The room was a perfect size for me. Being on the top floor it was a bit hot, even with the thermostat set at 70. However, I just opened the windows and the mountain breeze quickly cooled it down. Perfect location and beautiful views. Just a short walk to the conference center and close to the trail system to walk along the lake and Snake River. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely try to stay here again.

We stayed on this property for a recent trip to Colorado. The condo was very clean and you can't beat the views. It was a perfect place to stay that allowed us to make our own food but also enjoy the restaurants within walking distance. We utilized the lake for afternoon activities. The pool and hot tub were also great/clean that we used each evening. We also enjoyed the games and books provided to renters. This place must be magical in the winter months with the fireplace and cozy setting and ski/snowboarding options. You won't be disappointed in booking this condo!

Symposium stay
Beautiful property overlooking the lake. The outside temperature was in the 60’s but the condo heats up into the 80’s because of the sun. Property management provided me 2 additional fa Nana that helped to cool down the condo. Great place to stay if your attending a conference at Keystone Conference center- just a short walk.

Last days to ski.
This is a great property if you want to ski. There are shuttle buses to take you to Keystone resort. A great pizza place at the in the building next door. A quiet location even though it's near the highway.

The condo was bright and had great views. It is far away from the pool/hot tub so we drove to them. The condo needs some repairs - the blinds in the bedroom had been replaced with black paper and binder clips. In addition you should expect the most basic/cheapest toilet paper, coffee, etc.

The cleanliness and location of the property was outstanding. I did not like that the check in time was 4:30 and the check out time was 10:00. We had dinner reservations and wanted to check in earlier so that we could clean a bit. I asked the day before if we could check in early. The management company said they would try. They went radio silent after that. No contact and no early check in.

Warm and cozy condo! Have lived in Denver for 20+ years and renting around Keystone village for many of those weekends and would definitely recommend this Lakeshore condo to a friend! Parking was extremely limited but to be expected for a NYE overnight!

This place is awesome!
Came to snowboard Keystone and my non athletic wife just wanted a get away. As much fun as I had I would say she had an equally good time. The condo was perfect for our get away, really cozy but more than enough room. King bed that was quite comfortable. My wife enjoyed walking around the lake and stream. This is a great place to stay for a base camp to explore summit county. Breck is 20 minutes and vail about 45 minutes. 10/10 will book again.

The overall stay was great, the place was super clean. You’re very close to Keystone resort and just 10 minutes away from a full sized grocery store in Dillon. Real easy check in process and you can communicate through text with the management staff, which I think is very convenient.

Great views, great location!
The property was great overall - if I could rate 4.5/5 stars, I would! The property had great views, and is in a great location, close to Dillon/Silverthorne/Breckenridge, and all the great hikes/food that comes with that! The lake was gorgeous, and the short path around the lake was nice to walk in the evenings! The bed and couch were also comfy, the kitchen was extremely well-stocked, and the WiFi speeds were great while we were there. However, a few negatives: - Cord for the blinds were broken - could not open main window blind or far right blind in living room. Maintenance could not fix while we were out there (had to order required parts) - we made due by propping the blinds up when we wanted the views, but this wouldn't be feasible for everyone who rents the location. - Property only comes with a single box fan - the temperatures the week we were out (labor day week) were mid to high 70's every day, and the interior would reach 80+ degrees - a single box fan wasn't enough to adequately cool the unit before bed. We ended up purchasing a second fan, which resolved the problem (we took the second fan with us when we left). - The far left living room window (the only one which had working blinds) was broken such that it couldn't open - there was a note indicated not to try opening it. With the single box fan and the broken blinds for the working windows, that only exacerbated the heat problem :) - Carpet is a bit old, and could stand to be replaced. Same with the armchair in the living room. Those are just relatively minor items though - really, we enjoyed the stay greatly, and I think the property is a 4.5/5 stars.

Yes, the lake view is exactly as pictured in the listing. It was fun to look out and see the geese chasing around the paddle boats. Theres a lovely path all around the lake for walking or biking. Unit was clean and fresh, bed comfy. Kitchen is great for cooking snack and meals. My only frustration was the pans provided are awful, definitely not non-stick. The couple of things i tried to cook on the stovetop made a stuck on mess in the pans. So, bring some non-stick spray! Overall, we enjoyed the property greatly and recommend.

Very nice condo. We only had one issue with the tub not draining and called for service. We went for a hike and when we returned it was fixed. Very nice staff to work with. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with gorgeous views. Would definitely stay there again.
