Simonton Court is an absolute gem in Key West. Its tucked away one short block from the action, but far enough that you feel like you are at a quiet resort and can actually get some sleep! The staff are all incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely want to make your stay better. We were upgraded to one of the cottages and WOW! Gorgeous space, super clean, comfy beds, kitchen has what you need to make a few small meals if you like. 4 small pools on the property offer lots of space and privacy, you never feel crowded here. The grounds are meticulously maintained, it feels like a hidden paradise. Also, a great bonus is the little morning "cafe" - fresh coffee, bagels, french toast, waffles, toast, yogurt and fruit, made to order and brought to you by the pool. Didnt expect that and it was such a nice addition to the stay. The only area of improvement is the wifi - it connects but its not strong enough to use - I had to use my hotspot to do any work. Not the biggest deal, but could be better. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone heading to key west, and we will definitely be coming back!

Simonton Court is an oasis in the middle of a increasingly busy Key West. Walking through the gate, you are immediately taken by the buildings surrounded by the foliage. It makes for a great transition after walking down Duval Street for an hour or so.

Personal service is superior. Close to many local restaurants and fun shopps. The hotel is super cute, eclectic and offers amazing old world charm and privacy as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Simonton Court is a beautiful, quiet oasis only blocks away from the lively area of Duval Street. Lush grounds, four pools, wonderful breakfast…perfection! I didn’t want to leave. Amazing staff, especially Violet…she was so sweet, happy and helpful! Definitely 5 stars!

I really enjoyed staying here. It felt like a quiet little cozy area, and Duval Street is literally next door. I was surprised as to how big the overall property is, and just the overall feel. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Simonton Court - the staff were super friendly day after day, the buildings and gardens are charming and the breakfast was also lovely. Our King room at the top of the mansion was comfortable, though I would let the inn know if you have any issues with stairs (we didn’t mind it at all). Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this property and would highly recommend. It's conveniently located to all of the shopping and restaurants yet secluded and quiet. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Love that they offer breakfast to their guests. The staff is amazing and the nicest people I have come across in a very long time in the service industry. Our cottage was small, but we knew that when booking. It was very clean and we could adequately control the temperature. We did park a car and there was an additional parking charge, but it was close by and convenient. This is the place to be if you want to be in the middle of it all yet have a quiet place to come back to.

The cottages are very cute and updated. Pools are very clean along with the rest of the property. Very secluded property with cool flowers/vegetation. Staff was excellent over and above to help with your stay. Highly recommend this property.

The staff were amazing at this property...everyone from the front desk, the bar and the activities person...and the communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. This place was like a secret hideaway in busy Key West. This will be one of our go-to's every year and we RARELY ever go to the same place twice because we love variety but this place is a true gem (and we have traveled the world).

The property is lovely and loaded with charm. It is in a great location. Our room was a great size and beautiful and peaceful. Things we did not like about the room, most could be easily addressed by the staff. The floors, while dust mopped every day are filthy. Make sure you are wearing shoes or socks you don't care about. The mattress needs replaced. Luggage racks would have been nice since there was no place to put luggage or unpack. The sofa cushions needed replaced. The bathroom was tiny and there really is nothing they can do about that. Know when they say parking is for compact cars, they aren't kidding! The staff was friendly and were seen a lot. Just a few changes and it would have been great.

Relaxing luxury near Duval Street
This is tropical paradise in the middle of town! We were upgraded to a spacious cottage (2 bed, 2 bath) next to one of the 4 tempting pools with comfortable lounge chairs. The rooms are historic and charming. The staff (esp Hamza and Violet) were great - at checkin helping with parking, at breakfast, and ordering a "bag breakfast" for the morning we had to leave early. The cleaning staff and landscapers were unobtrusive but did a great job! We hope to stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stat at the Simonton Court. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We needed to switch rooms halfway through our stay and the staff made it seamless for us. They upgraded our room and provided free bike rentals for a day. The grounds are beautiful and well kept and the pools are all heated. The complementary breakfast offered a lot of choices and was very good. We would stay there again.

Exactly perfect for our long weekend. We stayed in a town house room that was impeccably maintained. The staff are so accommodating. This property is in the heart of everything, but still a serene oasis.. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely return if we find ourselves back in Key West.
