Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. "Accessible to north, east (near family) and south of island, family friendly beach, and grocery stores. A/c is only in extra den with sofa bed so main room had ceiling fan but less circulation, and with windows open, you hear more louder neighbors stomping up/down stairs & loud voices in the middle of night. A/c wasn't needed in den since near patio doors; wished a/c was in main room for temperature and outside noise control. Traffic noise wasn't too bad despite having closest room to street....
