“"Excellent place and service"”

Shopping for anything is nearby. As their guest, hotel management and staff there attend to you without hesitation, in efforts of making your stay there as convenient as possible.. My family and I will stay at this place again, if were to travel to Kannapolis, North Carolina.

“Good Value, but not a lot of bells and whisles”

Hotel was clean, however we had issues with the shower and the lavatory sink in our room. The valve for opening the shower/tub was only a trickle and the sink leaked all around the top of the faucet. The outdoor pool closed too early in the day for us to be able to use it. Also, the continental breakfast was far from the "DELUXE" advertising. They offered juice, 3 cereals, some white bread and mini donuts (although they did have a waffle maker). Overall, it was an okay place to stay.

“not impressed”

Room smelled funny, pillows like rocks, beds like coal lumps, bathroom small and outdated, second day had no hot water at all, very small parking lot, other than that it was great.
