"The room was clean and nice. However, some of the electrical outlets didn’t work, and others were so loose that the plugs kept falling out. Also, even though it was past 7:00 a.m., breakfast wasn’t properly prepared. On top of that, my key card didn’t work every morning, so I had to go to the front desk every time."
