The staff and Manager were excellent and so polite. Great hotel and we would highly recommend it. The view of Sakurajima from our room was so beautiful. We will definitely return! Thank you Sheraton Kagoshima for a wonderful stay!

Design of the room is unique. Very good idea to have a door to separate the bedroom area n the wardrobe/ bathroom area. Design of the room is modern. We also enjoyed the foot bath very much.

Convenient to go out for sightseeing, hotel facilities in good condition and the staffs are very nice, will introduce to my friends and if I go again to Kagoshima in the future will stay again.

Probably the best place to stay in Kagoshima. Room, view and on-site onsen. Food options in the hotel were upscale in quality and price (expensive) but there were many other more reasonable options close enough, including a grocery store.

The room was very nice and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I have to say was that we had to wait over 30 minutes to eat breakfast at the buffet. We arrived at 7AM but weren’t seated until after 7:30.

Our family rented a car and parking space is at a parking lot nearby the hotel and additional charges apply. The staff are generally nice and welcoming. A supermarket and a connivence store nearby as well if needed to grab anything.

Good location
A modern building with the view of the Sakura Mountain. Hotel staffs are well-trained & courteous. The hotel has a supermarket and a drugstore nearby. Very conveniently located.

It’s one of the best hotel that we stayed in. Staffs so attentive and amazing! The onsen are amazing as well. The parking area is big and very easy to go in and out.
