We found the house and garden to be very peaceful Francoise was the perfect host. She made us feel very welcome and suggested several places to visit. "Maddie (the owner)was there if required and very helpful. Well equipped and quiet place to stay. If you have children there is a vast amount od toys and a toy shed. There are chickens at the end of the garden and love to be fed any scraps you have left. The garden is well kept and very pleasant. I give it 5 stars."

"The house is a large, beautiful gite with everything we required for our stay; good facilities, clean and a well maintained pool on a daily basis. The property is situated on a hill side allowing for unspoilt scenery in the sunshine. The owners were incredibly helpful, had very speedy responses and allowed us to book on the day! Keen to meet our needs on arrival and could be contacted throughout the stay. Pavilly, a small town is 4km in distance with a supermarket, garage, pharmacy etc....

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in an outstanding area. You do need a car to get anywhere though as the village is much further than we thought. We would highly recommend the restaurant in Val-deSaane. However, we have one major complaint. On arrival we had to pay 300 Euros for a security deposit which is not written in any paperwork - it left us very short of cash for our holiday. Can someone explain to us what would happen if we travelled cashless as a lot of people now do ?...
