“Need to improve on service”

Must say the level of service from the holiday staff has dropped drastically over the last 6 months. I am disappointed that this has happened to a hotel with such great potential!

“Can't wait to go back”

Very good staff and conviently located for 300 dollars cheaper than the Hilton. Sales Associate Brunno is very helpful.

“Sandton's Best Hotel”

This hotel provided great service from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable and far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, caring and extremely helpful. If I travel back to South Africa, this hotel will definitely be #1 on my list !

“Good hotel”

Best hotel for the value in Santon area. Staff very friendly. Next to a small mall which was very convenient. Room was a good size. Bathroom was ok. Overall a good stay.

“Reasonable mid price hotel”

The hotel is in the vicinity of several other hotels and a shopping mall with a variety of places to eat. My room was comfortable and clean, The pool and gym are very small and basic but functional. The food was ok. Suitable for business or short leisure stay.
