Bathroom had human hair all over the floor, tub was dirty, floor was sticky, bed was old, AC made the worse noise, pool was closed and had Algae green water , location is great, but I would rather sleep in my car next time.
After traveling 16 hours and ready for a clean room to rest in, we checked in and The hallways smelled awful! There was signs everywhere about it being a non smoking facility and that’s all you smelled. The room smelled awful, rips and stains in the carpet! Hair in the shower! Awful experience!

Needed sheets for pull out couch was told to go down and get them from front desk, pool not working but didn’t know until after check in, advertised for breakfast but only have oatmeal packets, we couldn’t get extra pillows, no hairdryer.

Did not like that you had NOTHING in our kitchenette area and had to get EVERYTHING from the front desk. There wasn't even a wastebasket in bathroom and you had to save your trash and take it out YOURSELF. Each morning there was NO grab and go food available due to it ALL being stolen by other guests who did not respect that grab and go does not mean grab it all. Had to switch rooms due to my original room not being furnished like the room I had booked. No sofa bed, ironing board, there was only ONE chair and none for the kitchen table. One cabinet door was missing and one bathroom vanity drawer was missing. The room was very outdated, but clean. No carpet in the room, but laminate flooring that was clean.
Despite no food (well packets of oatmeal) and TOTALLY empty kitchen cabinets, the bed and pillows were VERY COMFORTABLE so I slept well and the shower water flow was perfectly soothing. Will I stay there again? No. But thank you for the weird experience.

Location was OK. We were only there one night. Room had a musty smell when we came in. Bathroom, carpet and floors were not the cleanest. All amenities were either closed or out of service. Breakfast was bad coffee and a package muffin. Get what you get for the price but I would pay the extra and stay at a chain hotel.

I didn't like that the bathtub wasn't fully cleaned. There were several stains on the carpet. One of the elevators were broke and it's difficult for me to walk far distance or use stairs. My room choice advertised a sofa-bed which I didn't have. One of the side entrance doors didn't lock properly.

Whole building smelled like weed and cigarettes. Lights and vent fan in bathroom didn't work. Was missing shower curtain so couldn't shower. Lost signal on tv and phone was dead. Disgusting, sticky floors. Honestly the worst experience in a hotel ever. Also no breakfast or coffee in the morning.

I found the staff to be uninterested and aloof. During my nine- day visit, there was no breakfast or coffee for 4 of those days. There was no notice or warning provided or posted about it. There is no close coffee or breakfast shop around. The overall available facilities were good.

This was the worse experience I've ever had at a hotel.. the latch was broken on door, no shower curtain and the curtains were broke and couldn't close the whole way. At 3 a.m. we were woken up by a couple arguing and fighting until close to 5 a.m. there was trash in the hallways..

What I liked about the property was that the rooms were directly across from each other. However, what I didn't like was that a door was propped open with a rock because the swiped device was broken.

I was automatically charged to the credit card on file, which was NOT the card I wanted to use. She cancelled it, but the charge for the room is still on my account. BOTH credit card machines were also down. So check in took forever.
The hotel is REALLY dirty. My first room smelled horrible. We walked in with the AC on full blast and the windows wide open with a horrible smell of burnt fish. They were able to move us and the next room smelled better. Entire hotel smells bad, like mold, which really upset my asthma. Breakfast was a joke. Packets of oatmeal and grits, packaged up chemical tasting muffins. At least that had coffee.

There was a piece of chewed gum laying on the night stand the heat didn’t work only thing I was offered was another room with double beds for a up charge and a thin ass blanket VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I LEFT the same night very nasty and cold I would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. I specifically booked it because it was advertised as pet friendly, but when I arrived, they told me that they had no pet rooms available. I was very frustrated, as I had already made arrangements for my dog to stay with me. The hotel staff was very unhelpful and did not offer any solutions to my problem. I ended up having to find another hotel at the last minute, which was very inconvenient. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a pet friendly place to stay.

Unwelcoming check-in, was told upon arrival at 3:10 PM (check in starts at 3PM) that there were no more pet rooms available, forcing me to scramble for accomodations for the dog 3 days before Christmas, housekeeping did not knock on my door once for the entire 10 days I stayed, half of the stove did not work, the carpet on the 3rd floor was so uneven and lumpy I would hate to see what kind of damage is hidden under the 2nd floor ceiling. Didn't expect 5-star accomodations but not good enough.

There hallways need clean up and something smell like strong smoke weeds. Also air conditioners and heat need fix because heat is t working. It’s sad no closed captions on tv shows.
