"We had two rooms, in one room the sheets were dirty and the air didn’t work. In the other room the air was lukewarm. We were finally given two new rooms , after staying for 3 days we had to ask for towels each day and for the trash to be emptied."

"I was very happy with just about everything at the embassy suites. My room was large, comfortable clean. It had everything I needed. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing. It had delicious food all fresh cooked. I would definitely stop here again"

"The staff was never available. Beware! There is no Iron, no microwave, AC doesn’t blow well to it stays hot! Parking is high. The area is unsafe. I was supposed to stay for 3nights, I came in a 12am from Texas and checked out a 7am the next morning! Went downstairs to check out and guess what no staff! You will be on hold forever and routed to a Voicemail. Stay Away!!! I’m requesting a refund for my stay! Worst stay ever! And they are staying no refund?!! I will call the news on this place if I don’t get a refund."
