Breakfast - all three courses at the same time left at your door - eating cereal first meant cold bacon sandwich and cold toast. Run for the proprietor not the guest. "

"We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. "This is a great wee B&B. Neat and tidy, warm, great hosts, wonderful breakfast - an absolute bargain."

"On arrival we were shown to our room and discovered there was no power, so we informed the owner and within minutes he arrived and we tried to solve the problem. Turns out the fridge in our room was faulty and kept tripping the electricity. We were then moved out of the room and upgraded to a larger room. "The cottage was spotless and well equipped with binoculars, piano, kitchen equipment to bake, roast and barbecue. Good for disabled as ground floor bedroom and toilet facility. We had a great break, with our daughter and dogs, enjoying walks locally."
