"Ok. I read the reviews after I booked. So my bad. Here’s the good: great pool area…no jacuzzi but there were nice cabanas, a BBQ area and the pool is heated. Also, the gym is small but well appointed.
The bad: I did find a baby cockroach running on my bathroom floor. Only one but one is enough and apparently common to this property. Not good.
Secondly: you will be charged $28 if you park over night. Doesn’t matter if you’re a paying guest…you have to pay. Also, they will take a $75 deposit from you when you first check in. What is wrong is that they won’t refund your deposit for ‘1-2 weeks’…depending on your bank. I’ve never heard of such a delay.
If there wasn’t a pool and gym I would give it one star. The room is semi-renovated but still feels like an older property. Altogether I paid $153 (+ $75 deposit) for one night with one king bed. I did not use the parking. Will not be returning. Now you know."
