We got a room for the night, when we walked in it was warm and humid. Realized the ac wasn't working. I went back down and the lady at the counter wasvery nice and apologized told her no biggie stuff happens she gave us another room a couple of doors down so we wouldn't have to move our stuff that far by far the best customer service we have had and there is ample parking for truck and boat trailers this hotel has always been very accommodating for us great place

Front desk was empty with a sign saying call this number for assistance. There were two other families they're waiting. One was waiting for towels and said the girl was going to be right back. The woman working came back and handed the lady pool towels and said they were out of all other towels. She seemed very annoyed that there were people there to check in. We have called ahead of time to request bedding for the pull out sofa when we got into the room there was no bedding. We came down to ask for bedding and again she was not at the front desk so we called and she said that she would bring it up to the room. We left the hotel for several hours and when we came back that evening there was no bedding still for the pull out sofa. We called again and she said she would bring it right up. About an hour later she brought up only sheets. We made do for the night and the next morning she was still there we requested a blanket and pillows. She brought up one pillow. She seemed very annoyed with every request. This made for two uncomfortable nights especially for my daughter who had no pillow or blanket the first night and no blanket the second night. The rest of the staff was pleasant.

Grumpy front desk clerk
This hotel had an empty front desk most of the evening. When the lady came to check is in she seemed to bothered because she was doing something else on her phone in the dinning area. No customer service skills and was not very friendly at all. The room was freezing and our TV control did not work. We went down to front desk for assistance and if course she was not there again. Completely empty lobby. A terrorist could of walked in with guns and no one would be there to protect the guest. There has to be done. Action needs to be taken. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I will not go back.

My manager is looking into the situation with the rude desk clerk, but I do apologize on behalf of the staff for no one being at the desk when you came down - Weekends, especially Fridays, tend to be busy for us and we are often having to go to a guest's room to assist, so we are not always at the desk, but have a phone on us that you can reach us by and usually put up signage stating as much. As for the AC and TV issues, we apologize that you had to deal with these minor issues and that they were not able to be solved during your most recent stay. we do hope you might return in the future to show you a better stay but will understand if you refuse.

OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY
I got there late at night and the guy was very nice and helpful. Had a King suite and it was very nice, had a kitchenett, everything was very clean and room was BIG. It had a seperate living room from bedroom with a big screen tv in each. Stayed for 2 nights very quiet, no problems at all. Holly the manager is Awesome great customer service. OVERALL EXCELLENT STAY!

I got there little early there was no costumer service in front desk, then someone from cleaning staff called manager and she said come back 3:00 pm , no problem we come back around 4:00 pm front desk said the room you reserved is not available and they change it smaller room and we don’t have any other room, anyway we ended up to cancel and get another hotel, I will never go to that hotel.

Our apologies for not be at front desk due to inspecting a room. Our check in is at 3pm unfortunately we had no rooms available to be check in early due to check out being at 11 and housekeepers have to strip, trash, and then clean rooms. As far as your room being changed you said that you reserved a double room and on our end it showed an SHK with 2 ppl checking in instead of the 4 ppl that showed up. We had nothing to do with your booking. The room was available you chose to cancel.

The person working front desk was very helpful and polite. He went out of his way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. 5 stars as far as the people working here. There was some ceiling damage between both the beds but otherwise very clean and sanitary. Also the tv and remote system needs a serious update but again great stay.

The stove in our "kitchenette" did not work. The whole reason I reserved this type of room is to use the stove instead of eating out for the entirety of our beach trip. The lady with the strawberry blonde hair that checked us in was kinda short with me. We had to ask for fresh towels. There was someone jumping around all night on the floor above us. The breakfast was not good. Overnight staff was kinda helpful after waiting at the front desk for a really long time.
