The cabinet under the kitchen sink was flooded, and water came out all over the floor. We tuned the sink off but water was still coming out. We called the front desk, but it took a very long time for someone to come fix it. By the time we got back, it seemed like someone fixed the leak, but no one ever came to clean up the giant puddle that filled the entire kitchen. Ridiculous.

Fantastic location especially if you're going to a Pacers game! The hotel is clean, the free breakfast is actually high quality compared to the typical free hotel breakfasts I've seen. The outside patios are beautiful. It's easy walking to around downtown. Our second time staying here and we will be back again next time!

Very nice hotel but a bit pricey. Definitely didn’t need a full kitchen but had to take what was available due to concert in town. Very very loud street/traffic noises til almost 3 am. Liked the convenience to Lucas Oil Stadium but would not stay downtown again due to cost and noise.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Unfortunately check-in was very slow. Waited for over an hour for the room to be ready. Hotel was very busy but they were not prepared for it. If you are in town for a large event, give yourself plenty of time.

It was very nice inside and the breakfast was awesome! We didn’t realize we had to pay for parking and our check in time was at 3. We arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready.. we never did receive a text saying it was ready so we checked back around 5:30 and they said it had been ready.

We stayed at this hotel because it was across the street from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse where we attended an event. The hotel common areas were very well kept and the staff and service were excellent. The breakfast was above average. The actual room was not so great. There was hair all over the bathroom and overall unclean. The est of the room was dusty and just ok clean.

Best location and access to Gainbridge Fieldhouse. The restaurant is right in the lobby, nearly decided to go elsewhere for dinner but glad we stayed. The food was excellent. Nice and complete breakfast also, numerous selections of hot and cold choices.

Hyatt house standard King with kitchenette had a large bathroom. Kitchenette had a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave. Gym was the size of 2 standard rooms on the top floor with nice views…and had plenty of weight types and treadmills.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved being across the street from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse. Going to a Pacers game on a rainy night was easy! The only issue we had was that the hot breakfast completely ran out one morning and the staff on-hand couldn’t keep up with the demands of the meal.

Good location, good breakfast. Only negative was the pool was pretty chilly. My son was looking forward to swimming all week but both him and another child ended up cold and shivering.

We went to the Gainbridge fieldhouse for the PBR Rodeo and booked the Hyatt House for convenience, its literally across the street.The room was very spacious. There were plenty of options in the hotel and nearby for food and drinks. The only issue we had was some drunk at 4 am screaming down the halls about her beer, however that did not fall on the facility itself other than that told us how thin the walls were. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
