It was ok. The lock on the door would never operate properly. Key card would work occasionally but when door was shut it would not lock on outside. We came back to the room several times after the room was serviced and the door was unlocked. Luckily nothing seemed to be missing.

The building next door had burned to the ground an needs to be removed. The toxic smell was a surprise.

The pool could be much more kid friendly or have a kid pool the TV was difficult to control around other than that nice room very comfortable

I went for a weekend with my mom & 2 nieces. The room was clean but the cleaning crew didn’t speak English so we never got our rooms cleaned and we never got our towels / tissue replaced. My nieces had a great time at the pool & the breakfast was so yummy! I would definitely go back but I want a Suite.

Tv in room not working. Mentioned many times to staff who said they would come fix it but never came. Telephone not working in room so repeatedly went to desk to ask for help with tv. Always told they will come look at it and never came. I needed to clean bathtub before using.

The basic stuff was fine. Clean rooms, easy check in, nice staff. The one thing that ruined my sleep was the fire alarm going off Saturday morning. Also there was not adequate parking when we got there. Had to park next door at diner.

Disgusting and rude staff
I wouldnt stay here again unless i was completely tight on money. The rooms were disgusting!!! Nasty hairballs all over, an animal bone ((not chicken bone either)) under the ac unit in the room, nasty stains on the bed skirt, yellow stains on the sheets, tv a d internet kept shutting off, luke warm shower water and it trickles like someone just spits on your neck, stains all over the carpets, front desk staff is rude and no one is at the desk to help you if you need anything. The pool was cold and full of hair and stuff floating, people slamming doors all hours, the hot tub in the pool area wasnt even on or working, looked like a broke down fountain. Also found someone's nasty fake fingernails all over the room floor. Breakfast was pathetic, it was cold and nothing even there to eat but hard stale bagel. I highly recommend elsewhere! Im a frequent hoteler and i will never go back to clarion pointe! Pictures are deceiving! Dont go here!!!

The staff were nice and the property was clean. When we checked in, our keys did not work. The desk clerk got us in, but the keys never worked for us until the morning clerk redid our keys. The room was very noisy from outside highway traffic. The room worked for us for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay if needing multiple nights.

The Indian man that greeted me was not pleasant until my husband arrived and he was very different. The whole hotel is like lipstick on a pig. There was poop smeared on the wall in the tiny bathroom. There was obvious cosmetic updates, but it needs a serious renovation. We used the shuttle in the morning for our 5:30am flight. We expected to be leaving the hotel at 4:30 but we went to another hotel to pick up 8 additional guests. We arrived late to the airport and almost missed our flight. Because we arrived late, our luggage did not make it to our destination. *The shuttle drivers were very nice, we just did not expect another 20 minutes to be added to our journey. When we arrived back at the airport, I called EIGHT times before someone answered. We were told they would not come until we were outside waiting at ground transportation. We waited in 30 degrees for 35 minutes before the shuttle van arrived. PROS: It was convenient to park our car at the hotel. However, next time we will probably pay to park at the airport and not mess with a shuttle.

staff was wonderful, shout out to the little boy lending a hand, truly made my stay a great one. the room was clean and very modern feeling! our fridge wasn’t very cold and the hot/cold water was switched, but these are super minor issues
