"Bikini Beach House was perfect for our large group (16) women's club summer planning retreat! It was exactly what we were looking for, ample on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles, housing us all together and within walking distance to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The house is set up with a second and third floor and has flexible sleeping arrangements. Both floors have full kitchens (ample supplies for sure), living room, 2 bathrooms, a pull-out couch, washer/dryers and really nice outdoor porch style seating overlooking a beautiful pool area. It was clean and you could tell it was recently remodeled. Bedding was comfortable and we thought it was great how many towels were provided. The pool area has seating in multiple areas, to include a picnic table, outdoor frig and shaded space for large group gathers, a fire pit, and places to sit and have small conversation as well. We loved being a short block from the beach and walking distance to several fun restaurants, ice cream, french bakery, etc. Hope to return next year with our group and do it all again!"
