First Time to IBIZA
Fantastic time here and the staff were so friendly, helpful and multi-lingual which was great as my Spanish is limited. No question was too small and the rooms were so clean and tidy with fresh items daily and washing accessories etc for the kitchen. Cute private balconies and AWESOME location. Facilities were excellent. They booked taxis for us and gave great advice for car hire and locations. We loved it here and will definitely book again if we come back.

We loved this property! We didn’t realize the weekend we booked was their first weekend reopened, but you would’ve never known because everything was great! Everyone at the front desk was so kind. The pool area was incredible. Everything was so clean. We also didn’t realize we were getting a balcony so that was a really nice surprise. It’s down the street from Baloo which was popular during the club off season. I would most definitely rebook with this property. Thank you so much for a great experience!

Perfect place to stay
We loved our stay here. The hotel made everything so easy for us and were there 24/7. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The beach, shops and bars were all in walking distance. We hired a car through the hotel and drive around the island to experience the beautiful island.

Bartenders made my stay so friendly, the room I got wasn’t what I thought though I was meant to have two double beds and ended up with three singles also was meant to get a balcony room and didn’t get that either. Was very clean but there was ants on the floor no idea where they came from though. There was extras in the bathroom which was lovely. Food and drinks amazing.

Nice location and great rooms. Bathroom shower head needs to be replaced and sink had leakage, but iverall will be back. Night manager at reception needs to be more helpful to guests.

A lovely apartment close to attractions of Ibiza
A lovely hotel very close to the main strip including Ushuaïa and Hï and the beautiful beach but still quiet enough. It’s best to phone ahead if you plan on checking in late because we had to wait quite a while for the night staff. Lifeguard only arrives at 11am (but was late both mornings!) and you can only get pool/beach towels from him so was annoying to wait around when we wanted to get on with our day. Other than that, Ebano was a lovely place, spacious apartments that could easily have 4 people. Well equipped kitchen, Bluetooth speakers and rain shower. Breakfast is available for €13 each. Good spread and can order eggs. Gluten free bread available on request but no lactose free milk alternatives. Taxis were very easily accessible and arrived within 2/3 mins of the hotel ordering but beware the taxis can get very expensive in the evenings. Would definitely return back to this area in the future.

Modern and well maintained apartments.
Helpful staff, very clean, well maintained. Good gym facilities. Kitchen well equipped, although no toaster. Car parking available for free nearby (just off the roundabout) though not provided by hotel. Good WiFi speed.

The hotel was very central. I dont think it was worth the money we paid. When we arrived at 10am.. they wouldnt let us have a cup of tea at breakfast. One of the bar staff wasnt very helpful and needed some people skills! We had to leave for a flight at 8.15am, breakfast started at 8.30.. they wouldnt let us have a cup of tea or even grab a crossiant/roll although it was all there!! Considering how much we paid we thought very unhelpful and not very good customer satisfaction! We wont be returning due to these issues

Great location, removed from the busy streets but still close enough to walk everywhere. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was GREAT! Perhaps my only suggestion would be to make sure the guests are informed about hotel events/policies. I had to ask the woman who checked us in everything: how to book spa appointments, what time breakfast would be served, etc. There was also a DJ at the pool one of the days we were there and had we known we would have come back from the beach to hang out at the pool earlier - I imagine the other guests would have taken more advantage of this too - instead he just played for a couple of people.

Adults Only? Hardly. This felt like Spring Break in Ibiza. Beautiful Hotel, Amazing staff, Gorgeous Rooms. So worth it on that front. But the assault of the (forgive me) British Bad boys/girls, made this one of the worse experiences ever. Never went near the pool or spa, because the assault of loud, boisterous people made it impossible to want to go near. If you're looking for a lewd, loud frat party,, its here. If you want a more sophisticated crowd, you have to go where they are priced out. (Nikki Beach, Blue Marlin, etc) I was in Ibiza to Party, and did... but didn't want to come back to this every day/eve. I think there is a private area at this hotel, but one eve we had to cope with skinny dipping kids(adults?) screaming at 2am with the hotel manager screaming at them to get out....Even the private area can't keep that away from you.

Amazing! Didn't want to leave!
Excellent customer service; staff went above and beyond at all times, they were so friendly and helpful. All rooms overlooked the pool which was nice. There was always a sun lounger available by the pool and it was really relaxing and quiet. It is in a great location, literally a 3 minute walk from Jet Apartments, 10 max (probably more like 7) from Ushuaia and Space. The only bad thing was the wi-fi connection and that once the sun went behind the apartment block around 6.15pm, there was no outside seating in the sun; you had to leave the complex entirely to see the last hour or so.

Good hotel but definitely not a party hotel
I think you will be able to hear the aeroplanes wherever you stay on play d'en bossa. This is definitely a chilled out hotel, not a party hotel, guests were very quiet and there is night security to keep the noise down, I thought this was odd given its located so close to the beach and clubs.

Great hotel ! Would Defo recommend, receptionists good, little English barrier but it was ok. Wifi went on the last two days and wasn't great to begin with. Overall good stay! Also they don't change the bed sheets they just make the bed.

Rediscovered Ibiza after 20 years
First time back in Ibiza for 20 years , very nice hotel and location walking distance to Space. Staff very friendly will defiantly stay here again , get the ground floor rooms with pool , well worth it

Enjoyed my stay at beano lovely apartments with nice pool area and in a great location. Only issue was air con was dodgy last few days and the walls are a bit thin could here everything from people talking to running water and the noise from the traffic was terrible.

Amazing Ibiza Apartments
Came here with a buddy of mine on a Euro trip and got a room here with the deck facing the pool. The room was big and can easily accommodate at least 4 people. You have a nice island kitchen and wall mounted tv's in the living room and bedroom as well. There are lots of cabinets in therewhich is a big plus! It's on the Main Street where all the clubs and restaurants/bars are and walking distance to everywhere.

Served its purpose as a home base in Ibiza. Appreciated the space for the three of us (2 twin beds and one sofa bed) with a kitchenette. Bathroom was tiny but overall clean. Pretty loud at night but understandable given the season.
