“Worst Hotel I've Ever Stayed In!!!”

Dirt, old, dingy and not functional. AC did not work. TV did not work. Sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns. Rust in the bathtub. Night reception hung-up on us when we complained. No management on premises to speak with. This place makes a typical hostal look like the Taj Mahal.

“I'd spend a little more and get something better”

Although fairly clean and well maintained, and the staff and other clients all seemed like nice people, the beds are horrible even for Europe, if you aren't ready for cleaning service by the time the cleaners walk by in the AM forget about it, and feel like an elephant has been using them for the past 50 years. Pay a few Euro more and get something better.

“'Not satisfied or impressed'”

Not what we expected when booking. Especially the nice pool view as we saw from your photos.I've summitted my feedback form to the reception when checking out.

“If your looking for a bargain hotel in Ibiza town this is the place.”

This is the second time I have stayed here, great low cost hotel. 15 minutes walk away from Ibiza Town centre. 5 minutes from the beach. Hotel has 2 Swimmings Pools, Bar, Resturant and friendly staff. If your looking for a bargain hotel in Ibiza town this is the place.

“Nice hotel in Figueretas, just 10 minutes walking to Ibiza town”

In general, we had a good experience in this hotel; it was clean, comfortable, superb location in Ibiza... The only issue would be some of its guests; since this is a budget hotel, it attracts young people, that tend to be noisy: shouting from balcony to balcony, behaving like teens in the pool area, partying at night... Anyhow, the noise was not unbearable in our side of the hotel, and in general we had a pleasant stay.

“Enjoyed the area. Great for self catering vacation”

The rooms were nice, with a beautiful view of the sea from one of the rooms. Both rooms had balconies, and were fully equipped with everything you could need to either prepare your own meals, or just enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The roms were clean...and the hotel, as advertised, was very close to the beach and also to several good restaurants. The people

Area recommendations
The beach was nice and quiet, although it was not high season. In fact many of the typical tourist stores and restaurants were not open in April. We took the local bus over to St Eularia, and thought the beach was better for sunbathing, although Eivissa city itself was amazing to walk around and explore, and there were some really interesting local shops, if you took the time to get out of the tourist area. Everything is really within 20 mins walking distance.... The fortress is amazing - and the photography opportunities abound - so don't forget a camera.
When to go
The main tourist season starts in May. April was still a little cool for swimming, but it was warm enough to wear a T-shirt and shorts. Many of the stores were not yet open - but unless you're looking for tourist type shops, that's not a disadvantage. and of course, the prices are cheaper.

“Not impressed”

The location of the hotel is the greatest advantage. The pool was very dirty- wouldnt dare to swim and it wasnt up to the standards in regards to cleanliness. Would only recommend for a cheap and cheerful break but dont get over excited.

“Good for the price”

We went before the opening parties so had a good deal on the room. The hotel was in a great location and was comfortable enough for us as we weren't spending much time there. The shower was awful though - more of a high tap and not much water flowing.

“bruyant et plutot sale”

personnel plein de volonté avec un bon fond qui ne demande qu'a vous aider, mais parlant tres mal le francais, Chambre sale meme apres passage des femmes de chambre, tres bruyant aussi bien d'une chambre a l'autre que par rapport a l'exterieur, frequenté par des gens totalement irrespectueux des autres et des regles sans qu'on leur dise grand chose. par contre bien situé des commerces, pied dans l'eau. Malgré tout pour le prix et pour des jeunes cela convient tres bien

Area recommendations
pour des jeunes : -boites de nuit amnesia, pacha, space, privilege, eden... -soirée plage bora-bora (dans l'apres midi jusque dans la soirée) pour tous : -le port -le chateau -les plages et tellement de choses qu'on a pas le temps de faire en une semaine
