部屋の掃除が終わっていないのか、床のホコリ、ごみがすごかった。洗面所の蛇口に黒い水アカ汚れがついたままになっていた。

部屋は広く清潔感に溢れていて、過ごしやすかったです。コロナ禍ですが、朝食はブュッフェタイプで、食べ過ぎるくらいガッツリ食べれました。リピート有りです。

Average hotel but the service was especially poor on the night I stayed. The room I had been given was not clean, and I had to wait about ten minutes for a suitable room to be found. Maybe someone quit mid-shift and didn’t tell anybody?

朝食ビュッフェが目的で宿泊したがやっておらず、チェックインの際に知らされた。ホームページに乗せておくべきである。朝食が不要な旨を伝えたところ、フロントスタッフの女性の対応が非常に横柄であった。 二泊目の部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、髪の毛があったり、使用した湯のみがそのままであった。
