Bar staff let down
Nice hotel reception staff were very good check in was easy rooms were nice enough food was very good drinks alcohol was good beer good restaurant staff very good upstairs and near beach only downfall was bar staff they bring drink to table if you tip them if you don't tip they don't do anything for you apart from madgy in lobby bar he wa a very good. Would have come back many times again but for the bar staff don't think I will come back again. mostly germans in hotel they tip and then expect good British like to get good service then tip beach is busy pool is quieter amination we're on beach so can't say if they were good or not but at night they were OK would give hotel 8 out of 10 but because of bar staff I give it 5 out 10 ps bell boys and toilet staff are very friendly

The All-inclusive board plan wasn’t for all beverages as it was called soft only!!!! And they got me paid an extra fees for that.

We had food poisoning. Need more variety of food .no Sanetation . I had all inclusive they did nothing serve me alcohol. The furniture was stinky. No snacks. No entertainment. Too noisy ( guest very loud ) . The only good thing in this hotel was sandy beach

Poor customer service
I have booked a double bedroom but they have given me two single beds when I asked for double bed they refused. I wanted double bed because my son has 4 years old and doesn’t sleep alone, then next day they said that can put two single beds together will be like double bed I agreed because I had no option after putting them together the next night we were sleep that my son felt down because he was sleep between me and my wife and between the beds became distance and time was about 23:00 I wanted to call to the room service but I realized that we don’t have phone in our room it terrible feeling at that time. After all I decided to leave the hotel even I have paid a big amount to Siva beach grand hotel for next 5 nights and it’s all because Giftum hotel poor customer service. So I want to claim the amount which paid them for 3 nights which I stayed there with a very bad condition. Thank you.

Best option in Hurghada
The resort is nice and has many facilities to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They assist without being annoyed and patient. The animation team specifically Attaiya and the other guy with hair bun(forget his name) are so lovely, funny and creative. We have enjoyed playing many games. It was fun staying at Giftun. The buffet was so great with various types of food. Highly recommend

Giftun Azur vacation.
I have a little problem with the seawater quality. There are pipes going from the hotel into the ocean. It is doubtful that the wastewater has been treated. If this is correct it is an health hazard to go into the water and needs to be taken care off.

Great hotel for holiday
The staff at Giftun are very nice and welcoming. They try to accommodate with your needs. The food there is also good. Maybe try to change the type of food as towards the end of the stay the food was quite repetitive. The rooms do need upgrading as their condition isn’t great and the WiFi is very bad, it was ok at the lobby but not anywhere else. Other than that the service we received was incredible, the resort overall was great. I would definitely come back here for holiday.

The photoes from hotel are nice but there iis diffirence. The room was dirty. There was a horrible smell in the room. The facilities are very old. Does not worth the money not even for one night. It was horrible.

I booked the On the Expedia when I got here , and I have been waiting for an hour. Stuff just don’t care about the customet. As an Asian I feel racist in the in the hotel. The experience are bad, the feeling just not right

No Sea View from the room
Good location, close to the airport but all rooms are mostly in one building that is deigned perpendicular to the beach line so all rooms are the same. All rooms don't have a real view of the sea despite advertising as sea view rooms. Other rooms with garden view are worse, they are first floor rooms and farther from the sea.

Çok güzel
14 sene turizm ile uğraşmış biri olarak diyebilirim ki, Otel konumu çok iyi , havuz küçük ama yeterli. Plajı çok güzel. 3 gece hersey dahil öğünlerde yemekler çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı biraz geliştirilebilir. Tatil köyü odalarında konakladim. Oda bakımlı ve temiz. Günlük olarak temizleniyor. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili alakalı ve çok Cana yakın insanlar. Gün boyu animasyon mevcut. Animasyon ekibi başarılı. Deluxe otel olmasada aile için konaklamaya çok uygun. Hersey için otel yönetim ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.
