It was a horrible experience actually for me it’s a kind of fraud, as I booked at aldau heights apartments and I carefully checked the location before booking yet when I got there the contact person which he called himself the owner took me and my 6 years old daughter to the another compound and he said this is the phase2 from Aldau !!!!located at very unsafe area with no services or restaurants inside providing that I didn’t bring my car because I know quite well where I’m going will not need a car. I tried to contact your customer service to change the unit through this “owner” mobile But he did give me the chance Same day i tried to reach any of your customer service after long chat with chat bot I got an agent to check if I can refund my money to go somewhere else or even back to Cairo but no one contacted me, I had to rent a car to be able to move. Over and above the stove was broken The kettle was broken The tv wasn’t working as well The compound still under construction and there was workers all over the place There is an incident happened in front of my eyes on the pool that one of the workers was taking photos for two girls in the pool This was my first and last time to deal with you Your customer services they didn’t know that there is somewhere called Aldau phase2 This person or you I don’t know posted and sold this unit as if it’s in the right location and when the customer get there will accept whatever

Complexe bien situé, à 5min en Uber du centre-ville d'Hurghada et en face d'Al Mamsha. Egalement proche de l'aéroport (10min à peine). Il dispose d'une belle grande piscine et est au calme. Les appartements sont très chouettes, récents et bien équipés.
