Chap behind the bar that checked me in was friendly, polite and efficient. Room was perfect for my one night stay at a good price. My 2nd and certainly not last stay here. No complaints but the shower door in room 11 is not functioning properly. Just a quick fix and not a criticism of the hotel. Fine place to stay if on a budget.

Was ok but got back from a show at 21:50 and the bar area was all shut up and couldn’t get a drink bar attendant said there was not enough people to keep it open It put a bit of a downer on the evening after see a brilliant performance by Showaddywaddy would I stay again yes but would be my last choice

Nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed The only thing wrong was the room was cold the radiator was on full but covered and no heat in the ensuite. Staff very helpful. Great value for the money.

How this place gets 3 stars beggars belief! Staff were bordering on rude. Told after it was too late to cancel about the New years eve party. Had to endure vibrating walls till 2am. Room was cold. Heating for 1 hour in the afternoon. Breakfast was disgusting. Charged £10.95 for a small selection of cereal and cheap croissants. The Breakfast was lukewarm. Overall a very poor place.
