Great Stay at Holiday Diamond
We loved our stay at Holiday Diamond Hotel! The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very gracious and welcoming. And the location is great -- right on the edge of the tourist walking area. Holiday Diamond is great price to value, and we will definitely stay here again.

This place is AMAZING! I love that it is so close (a block away) to the walking party streets (a block away from DMZ hostel) but far enough away that your room doesn’t shake. It was quiet, sparkling clean, has strong aircon / WiFi, comfy beds and the staff is incredible! I left a ring by mistake... The property (Helen) emailed me, found out where I was (in HCMC) and sent it to me! Unbelievable customer service =) Also, their breakfast is really good to be free. Finally, they arranged an awesome motorcycle tour of the tombs and Pagoda for me. Tri (tree) is awesome! This place is an incredible value and I will definitely be back! Aloha Nui

“Diamond” of Hué!!
The staff is amazing, the location is great, the WiFi and air con are strong and the beds are comfy. Also, it is close to the party zone without being in it so you can sleep when you want to. All of this for a DEAL! When I come back to Hué, I will be staying here!

A couple of days turned into a week!
This place is a hidden gem! The staff is so friendly and helpful... feels like home. The breakfast is great, beds are comfy and the WiFi and air con are strong. All of this at a great value! They also organized a private motorcycle tour of the tombs / Citadel and the DMZ for me. The driver named Tree is awesome! Super friendly guy who gave me some details about what I was looking at and some history as well. Thank you!

A good budget hotel.
Located on a quiet street, a 10 minute walk from the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. A 15 minute walk in the other direction to the Dragon Bridge and the shops. The room was clean and quiet with a hot shower and good WiFi. The staff have very limited English but help as best they can.

The staff are very friendly, my room is spacious and clean. The staff tried to sell us guided tours on arrival, seems like a procedure as all guests are treated like this. There is a dog house outside of our window, puppy barking all night.

As you know, our neighbor brought them that made feel uncomfortable when you stayed here. I will tell my neighbor to keep them quiet or we will call the police to deal with it. Really nice little hotel, a bit worn but clean and quiet. Nice breakfast clean sheets and towels what more can you ask for £15 a day bargain!!

Nice staff and good location
This hotel is convenient for eating and shopping. A mart was nearby this hotel so you can buy snack and beer. Hotel facility is old enough but staff is very kind. Safe is installed in a room so you can leave valuable items at the room when drinking out. Please bring your favorite shampoo and body soap always with you in Vietnam.

Nice room
Lovely staff, when we arrived they gave us fresh juice and fruit. The room is clean and good size and the hotel is in a convient location. The price is unbeatable. The only thing I have to say is the water was a bit weak but everything else is good.

The staff at the hotel was wonderful! Ms. Helen was a tremendous in helping us book further travel and making our stay most enjoyable. Ms. Sapphire and Ms. Anna were a pleasure to deal with as well. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Worth much more than it's price!
For a Budget hotel this was fantastic! I cannot believe for the price what I got for quality. Fantastic staff, efficient, (even packed me a breakfast for my early flight the next day! ) and clean as a whistle. They arranged transportation for me in a jiffy, were courteous and kind . It's very close to the main drag but quiet (bc off in a smaller alleY) and truly worth much more than their price! I would easily stay again.

Very friendly and low cost hotel
The best customer service and treatment I can remember. I can't list all of the things; other reviews have the details. All staff is super friendly without trying to sell you something. It feels honest and not superficial. The breakfast is good and plenty. The rooms have most accssories one needs.

Booked the hotel for one night. Staff was very approachable and helpful. Upon arrival, they served us with a welcome drink while they showed a map and explained to us the areas around the hotel. When we're done, our luggages were already brought up to our rooms.

On arrival I was offered coffee and fruit during check-in, a welcome gesture. I had requested a quiet room on a high floor and this is exactly what I was given for a quiet night's sleep. Lovely big room with comfortable bed and good bathroom with toiletries (comb, shampoo, toothbrush, face cloths), all very clean. The staff were outstanding : friendly, responsive, eager to please. They went further and even put a laptop in the bedroom for my free use. In the awful rainy weather they had umbrella's freely available in the lobby/reception area for guests to use. Highly recommended !!

Located down a back lane away from the noise but right in the middle of town. This hotel is certainly value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Used the hotels pick up service from the train station, prompt and efficient. Hotel aranged a car to drop us off in Hoi An going via all the sites, marble mountain, Hoi van pass etc, very enjoyable with a driver who was very friendly and informative. Stayed here for a price you would pay for two breakfasts in a hotel in England. Well pleased

Friendliest staff ever
I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. The Sapa Lodge need to come here and see how to run a hotel. From the minute we walked in nothing was too much trouble. Our toast, coffee was bought to us in the mornings with the choice of breakfast and the tea was hot. The restaurant they recommended was close by and very good.

Overnight stay.
We chose this hotel as it was an overnight stop on our way to Hoi An. Charming hotel down an alley, the two young women who greeted us were both so enthusiastic and helpful, they gave us directions to a great restaurant and ensured we had all that we needed. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of choices. The room was very clean and bed comfortable, the computer didn't work but that was not an issue as we had our own devices, wifi was good.

our best hotel experience in Vietnam!
Everything about this hotel is welcoming. The staff greeted us at the bus station, the reception had fruit and towels waiting for us, the room was comfortable, bright and had a western-style tub, and the alleyway is quiet and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Also, the laundry service was efficient and affordable. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hue is a wonderful place, with the old Citadel, Tombs of past kings, It's better to organise a taxi to do all the Tombs, we found it's bit hard to get a taxi back from some places. buy tickets for all tombs and citadel together. DMZ tour thought about the all the lives lost.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly. Everything was perfectly nice. We moved to another hotel which had a gym so we could do something during Tet. Regret the decision as the breakfast and standard of service was lacking, so wished we had stayed here for longer. Kept making sure we had enough food for breakfast. Brilliant.

For the price, pretty decent place. The staff were awesome and they gave you free water and fruit daily in your room (as well as coffee and tea). Only real complaint is the shower, very poor water pressure especially if you wanted any hot water. Bed wasn't great either. But I mean, it was cheap and otherwise very satisfactory so I was still happy with it. Good location near the backpacker area and river. And the nicest hosts :)

They are on top of it!
Good location, room comfortable with all amenities. Staff excels at setting up tours, transport,etc. No need to check elsewhere. Place has great energy!!! Met us at train station, and sat us down to a late unexpected breakfast! Very much appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

Wonderful stay. Best staff.
When we arrived we were given a welcome drink and fruit whilst they talked us through a map of the area. Pros: - Very good staff. English was brilliant. -Beds were very comfy. - Reasonably priced laundry service. - Room was large, laptop was provided, safe, and fresh fruit everyday in room. - Free breakfast from a menu. Fruit which you can help yourself too. Bread was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I had during my trip. - Provide a private car to the royal tombs for about 40 USD. Driver did ask for a tip at the end of drive which we were going to do anyway before he asked. - Lent us bikes for about 2 USD per bike for the day. Cons: - Bit outdated but okay. - Lift was VERY small cannot fit more than 3 people in at a time so used the stairs instead. Would stay again.

Helpful, relaxed and adequate
A boutique hotel in a convenient spot filled with young, experienced, helpful and energetic staff. We were very happy to have used the pick up service organised by the hotel which we paid direct to the taxi driver. A hotel staff was at the railway station to greet us which prevented us from being swamped by the locals who were pestering arriving passengers to use their services.

Lovely Hotel
Great hotel. The room had lots of little added extras! It was very close to the river and within a short walk to the centre and lots of lovely cafes an restaurants. However, breakfast could be improved upon. The banana pancake was banana-less and muesli never goes amiss for westerners! The staff were fantastic- this is definitely what Gives this hotel'the edge'. They are very friendly and always go out of their way to help.
