The property did not offer housekeeping, the towels looked unclean, and it should not be listed as a hotel because people are living here. It’s infested with ants. I paid for 7 days and only spent one night at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay but got sick cause I didn’t have any heat that never got hot but cold air instead. I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen. Staff was friendly & the location was quiet. Too far from the night life but I’ll definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating but the property itself is older and run down. The elevator was out of order and our 4 person guest group got 1 towel between the 2 rooms we were in. Rooms were hot and a took very long time to cool off.

This was the worst ever hotel stay I have ever had at any hotel. They are closing this hotel and making the units into apartments. The staff could care less about anything to do with quality. The room was dirty. Only enough towels for one person. Elevator was broke the entire time. Absolutely stunk the entire time. Bugs. Staff was very lazy

When we checked in to the Room we didn’t have any towels, the Elevator was out of order so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs. The whole inside smelled just like Weed. No tissue. They had several people that was placed here by the Salvation Army, we wasn’t aware of any of that. Checked out Sunday and walked into some of those people having an Argument at the front desk. There was never anyone at the front desk when you needed anything. I asked for cups the Desk agent stated they didn’t have any.

When I arrived the elevator was down and I had to use the stairs to get to my room since all the rooms on the first floor were unavailable. The elevators had been broken for some time and did not work throughout my stay. When I got to my room, I only had one towel and a hand towel, I had to ask for more. My bed also had one flat sheet and no comforter or blanket. I had to ask for this as well. I was there for 3 days and did not have turndown service the entire time I was there. I think I had to ask for this as well. Other than that the staff was nice, location was convenient for getting around Houston.

We have stayed here several times over the years. It is very convenient to the doctor. However, this time, we arrived around 5:50 PM, having been stuck in Houston traffic for over an hour. This was after the 6 hour drive from home. We were informed that the elevator was out of service, and that our room was on the 3rd floor, Recovering from surgery, this was difficult. The room was prepaid, and we felt there was no time to search for another hotel. We feel that the hotel should have notified us of this, and offered a refund in time to find an alternative. We will not stay there again. It is a real loss, since the rooms are very nice, quiet, and the beds comfortable. The staff has always been nice and friendly. The desk clerk this time offered to carry our baggage upstairs. We are really sorry to have to find another place to stay.

The "hotel" has been converted to low income month to month housing. Someone on drugs attempted to brake into my room in the middle of the night. This place is not safe. The elevator was broken the entire stay you have to carry your luggage up 3 flights. The gym is shut down.

Hello this place looks cute when you come in and the room looks nice like a 1 bedroom apartment!!! Then omg the first room they gave me was 205 it has so many roaches when I woke up to use the bathroom !!! All on the wall and lamp shade !!! I went called down and yelled someone help me get my luggage because the elevators was broken !!! They were rude and nasty as if I wasn’t suppose to be upset !! They credit me for 1 day and moved me to room 245 or 224 I can’t remember exactly and that room had roaches also !!! THIS IS NOT A HOTEL HOTEL THEY HAVE PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS PLACE WITH DOGS LIVING THERE ALSO SO THE ROOM ARE NOT CLEAN AND INFESTED WITH ROACHES !! I called Expedia and they credited me and I left !! I had to leave all my bags and luggage because I was too scared to take roaches back home !!! And also the hallways was flooded with water on the left side of the building !! My trip was ruined , I couldn’t take anything home

This property was not as advertised by Expedia or the Simply Sonesta Brand. They never cleaned room in an 11day stay. EACH day you had to return towels to front desk in hopes of getting fresh towels. Most days they could not even supply a full set of towels for a single guest in a double occupancy room. The dishwasher was inoperable. It seems like they had 2 different operations going on. I was never able to photograph the sign with the name of the apartment complex that they were operating inside at the same time. The bath gel dispenser in the shower was broken. Everyday the rules changed, if I hadn't prepaid through my stay at checkin, I would have left. The elevator was broken my entire stay as well. I grew up in Louisiana where the Sonesta name carried a certain panache and cache and I was sorely disappointed.

I understand why people stay here because it is in close proximity to those receiving medical treatments. For 2 people staying in the room both beds are in separate rooms which is nice. What I didn't like is when you turn the lights on in the bathroom the floor was covered in roaches. I saw a hair that wasn't mine between the sheets telling me the sheets weren't changed. The receptionist was helpful enough but forgot to activate my keys and I had to go back to tell her they didn't work. Next time I need a procedure in the area I will pass on this place.

Umm, kinda creepy staff. They smile as they check you in, sizing you up as you receive your room key. There’s never no towels available for exchange, no cameras in the hall so watch who’s behind you, take your valuables with you because no one owns up to nothing, you could swear someone is watch you in your room, hot water limited durning business hours. One dining restaurant within walking distance, laughing gas available in the hallways. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK, you’ve been warned. Ladies don’t walk alone and don’t laundry alone…men will solicit you. Please MONITOR your bank statements—HOURLY!

The room did what it needed to do. The price was very good. Two of the staff were amazing - two were amazingly good, one was amazingly bad. It took a while before I figured out that this is not a normal hotel, more like a motel hybrid. I didn't mind having to ask for towels, or even that they didn't have any ("I haven't done laundry yet"), it was the incredulity that I would ask for towels and the rude dismissal for me. lol Remote location but not too far from the places I needed to go. The wifi was unbelievably bad. So be prepared to bring your own amenities - toilet paper, towels etc and don't expect to get any work done. There's not even a starbucks or mcdonalds close with real wifi.

This property manager was beyond unprofessional. Our room was not ready upon arrival,and we had to wait and additional 4 hours for our room to be ready! When we got in the room, there was no clean towels, the floor had not been vacuumed and it didn't have the recliner I required! It also didn't have any dishes, no pots and pans, no iron, no soap, no bowls or plates! The only person that made out stay worth it was a front desk girl named Dora! She was amazing,she brought things to my room when others wouldn't and made sure that we got all the things we were missing! Thank you Dora!

Spacious room; Floor needed to be vacuumed well; had only 1-towel & 1-dingy wash cloth; linens were dingy; supposed to be white; nasty looking comforter. Surprisingly the bed slept extremely well. Desk staff tried to reconcile any problems I had. Recliner took up add’l space.
