the night check in clerk was incredibly rude. I booked this because my 22 year old missed his flight in Houston, the clerk just kept yelling at him that he didn't have a reservation, even after we gave him the itinerary number. He yelled at me when I got him on the phone. He told me he had NO reservations, really? a hotel that has NO reservations? he demanded more money than we had reserved for, my son had no choice but to pay -- since he had already spend $30 on an Uber ride to this hotel. I called Travelocity customer service, there wasn't much they could do. Very disappointing.
