There was visible mold on the ceiling of my room to he point I had to go to a different hotel. The couch had a piece broken off and it was just set in the corner of the room. The bed was missing an entire side and there was visible grease on the tables and tv stand.

Their quality is well above your average budget-motel type. Their prices are reasonable yet the stay should exceed any rational person's expectations. Room was clean and came with functioning amenities. Service was helpful when needed. Overall I would come back. If you get a below average room, just go to the front desk, and I'm sure they will give you a different room (I didn't have that problem, but I saw many reviews complaining about this, so I thought I would give my two cents).

The maids came and did a full clean on the time everyday at 11. But only if you were in the room. I was working nights and lucky caught them when they came to clean. Says there was breakfast. Small cinnamon buns and muffins and sunny d sometimes in the morning. No where to plug in a phone by the bed no outlets or lamps.
