“Would not choose it again.”

Parking is expensive, internet isn't free, the heat wasn't on and the hotel was absolutely freezing, the iron was broken, as was the vending machine and trying to contact someone about an item accidentally left behind was nearly impossible. Skip it.

“Third visit to this hotel....”

We love staying here. Located in the heart of Houston. The hotel gym is great, although some equipment may need maintenance. We plan on coming back next year for our convention.

“Good AREA in downtown HOUSTON”

Good area downtown....close to Reliant Stadium and downtown museum district. The hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I stayed for one night on a weekend trip from Austin to Houston. The location is nice without paying the fees that other hotels in the area might have cost.

“Good, but a lot of additional fees”

The cleanness/design/quality of the room were great, however you have to plan for an additional dozen of bucks for the valet parking (no other choice, and it is difficult to park around...) and the breakfast was NOT INCLUDED. Continental breakfast and breakfast buffet were expensive and the quality/choice were average.

“Great location to Convention Center. Many great restaurants within walking distance.”

“Houston's Best”

This hotel was great. The staff members were polite and helpful; they went out of their way to help. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept; the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The only thing I would suggest is refrigerators and microwaves should be automatic or suggested before you check in. Overall great job :}
