Days Inn is conveniently located, but they did not provide the breakfast, as they were supposed to, the TV was not working, there were damages to the wall in the bathroom which I reported to the front desk, and the handset of the land phone line could not be connected and used due to a faulty plug. I think, I should get some of my money back.

I called ahead of time before booking. Asked if all was ok and functioning. Frontdesk clerk said yes. I did the booking and on arrival to check in... the frontdesk clerk asked me if I knew they was no breakfast being served... I was like nooo... what do you mean? He said expedia should had updated their info for their site, mentioning no breakfast is served as machines down. I called expedia and they said it was not them but Days inn to be doing that. Anyway... as we was already there... we decided to stay. Big mistake! We had to check 4 rooms before deciding on one of them because of old sent... cigarette sent... bathroom look not right... what to do. The room we took had mold around the bath tub the water was leaking and the frontdesk clerk did not care or mind 😒. That was sad.. for the environment and for the hotel water bill. But this room sent was the only to do for us. On our stay we had 2 roaches crawling on the walls and 1 mid-size by the entrance door. On the last night they was a 🌪 alert and power went down... also generator blew up and most guess plus their kids had to sleep at the lobby area. Overall I gave it a 3 because I did not feel frontdesk was helpful enough, the bad sent of the common areas and the rooms I had checked. It seems like the hotel is closing as no snacks or drinks available at the frontdesk. The walls in the room looks dirty and messy. What a mess.

The lady at the reception desk was kind and allowed us an hour early check in and I appreciate that very much since I had my elderly mother with me that really needed to lay down after our drive. Although it was shocking to be in the room and have someone( room service) walk in unexpected. I was given a room that wasn’t completely ready. One bed had not been changed and the staff member only added the bed skirt , dropped off towels and left. The next morning I noticed it was dirty linens because there seemed to be coffee like stains on the side . It was also missing the warmer blanket. Tried dialing front desk but the phone didn’t work. We left for some errands and when I came back notified the receptionist, who then called Denise to help me . Denise walked to our room with us and very apologetic and kindly took care of changing out the bed. She was great and we got to talking and introduced each other. I give Denise 5 stars for great customer service !!! The other disappointment was to not have the breakfast available. There was a sign that said it’s closed until further notice. My sister was a given a room on the first floor and it smelled terrible but was able to move to third floor and that was much better. I can see they’re working on things but it was not as expected.

worst place to stay, bad customer service, very stinky rooms don't ever stay here if you have asthma, they don't have basic paper goods like toilet paper or tissue insane they sending guest to buy your own paper because the shipping issues really bad overall bed and towels stink i check out early and left

Room was infested with roaches and had bed bugs. Bathtub / shower leaked constantly. Iron had mold in it and tv didn’t work. Kitchen was non-functional so complimentary breakfast was not available but we were not informed at check-in.

The size of the room was good and it was clean, but we couldn't get clean towels in the morning to shower we were told we had to wait an hour to 2 hours and when that time was up. Still no available towels and then the Kitchen was closed.

The hotel had a strong smell of mariguana there was small roaches in my room and i wasnt able to stay the last night because the water of the shower was running when poop and urine started coming out

This property assigned the wrong room, infested with German roaches that were all over my belongings, didn’t offer breakfast the entire stay, doesn’t have housekeeping unless you specifically ask for you room to be cleaned, and manager is never available. Key card randomly stops working at side entrance causing lockouts and having to walk around the building to the front just to get back in.

My room was dirty, moldy and all around funky. They advertised breakfast and i was told at check in that there would be no breakfast in the foreseeable future. I checked out of my room within 12 hours of checking in. The bathtub drain was clogged and took 30 minutes to drain. The staff was rude at check in and said it was non refundable.

Hotel had overbooked and had no interest in finding displaced travelers a place to stay. The room was disgusting and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Stains all over the floor. Food wrappers under the bed. I stayed for the first night because I had to make it to my son's tournament and I wouldn't have to be there long. When I got back from the tournament the next day, there were cockroaches. That was the last straw. I packed my things and went to the front desk to ask for a refund for the night. They told me to call my third party that I booked through and they would give me a discount. They offered my $20. I'll be contacting corporate first thing on Monday to get a full refund and report the condition of the hotel and the lack of professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Canceled breakfast service but doesn't say so until after checking in. Hairdryer didn't work. Sent me down the hall to a recently vacated room to use the one there. Ask for one to be previews before the second mowing. Repeatedly said they would but never did. Mold around the sides of the tub. Finally checked out thanks to Expedia.

Although the staff tried their best given their situation, it doesn’t negate the fact that none of the amenities were available. The staff is left high and dry by the owners and left to deal with irate customers. No room service, no cleaning service “unless you ask the night before”. No breakfast. Rooms were not commercially cleaned. The staff left is as helpful as they can but are in over their head trying their best.

The beds uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. Faucets leaking. The worst part, they didn’t have the breakfast part open (and it was supposedly included) and did not offer anything else in return. Never going back to these hotels.

This property has bedbugs. I wish I'd read the reviews online. I'm bitten on my legs and hands. I'm so grossed out that I stayed there for 5 nights and now I might have brought them to my apartment. What a horrible hotel! The staff are nice and any time I needed more conditioner or a blanket, they were great. The room I stayed in did smell musty but it's Houston, which has high humidity, so I blew it off. No one should stay at this hotel or you risk ruining your own house or apartment with an infestation.

The room amenities are very simple, nice but not fancy. Having coffee in the room is great, however, needed some sugar/creamer with it. Had to go down and get some from the kitchen area. Find a dirty, wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Very quiet area, and easy parking.
