I liked the fact that the suite had a separate bedroom with a door that we could close. But the walls, the sofa sleeper, behind the toilet and the bathroom floor was dirty. The suite has 2 phones, but neither was working (they gave us a 10.00 discount for that), and the toilet was stopped up. I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk, spoke with Rudy, was told someone would be there in 5-10 minutes, it took 30-45 minutes, and he tried to give the plunger to me. Also there was food underneath the sofa. I think that someone should go behind the cleaning ladies, maybe a supervisor to make sure they are doing a great job, and deep clean those rooms once a month, and please provide extra tissue and paper towels, my husband had to go to the front desk for more. Finally, no matter where your hotel is located, (area, city), it should be held to the same standards and every guest should expect to receive excellence. After all, we are paying for it.
