“Great base for exploring Boulder and the foothills”

For my wife and I it was perfect. It was close to where we needed to be, The room had everything we needed for a very reasonable price. We were there to attend a high school reunion and it had the added benefit that from the parking lot we could see the house we lived in when we got married 35 years ago. Being a runner I also enjoyed the pictures of runners on the walls.

“Exaclty what we wanted Great price & comfort”

Quiet place off the main drag. Great room, decent breakfast, quiet and simple. Oh and there were stars painted on the ceiling, it was a very nice touch.

“Highly Recommended for Value and Quiet”

Comfortable and clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to Boulder Reservoir where the Boulder Half Marathon is held. Large and roomy with a couch, table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen televisions, BBQ, picnic tables, laundry, large kitchen for cooking, etc. Only about 10 minutes out of town, but definitely worth the drive. Great value for the money and quite family friendly with a "lodge" type feeling. Great for groups. Walking/biking trails and park right outside. Definitely would stay there again when in Boulder.

“Best kept secret”

I can't beleive they are not fully booked all the time. The location is quiet, residential, and near trails. The rooms are nicely decorated, with really comfortable beds and lots of room for unpacking. The commuity use kitchen/dining room and outdoor gazebo make for relaxed and inexpensive dining. Access to a computer and a library of books are wonderful added touches. On top of all this, the staff are so friendly and responsive. We left behind a phone charger. They called before we could even get home, and sent it to us the next day, no charge. Our family would love to return there on our next trip to Boulder.

“Great Quiet Little Inn”

I was looking for a quiet place with no traffic noise. This was perfect. It's tucked in a residential neighborhood. My room had a view of a duck pond and play ground. I got a good night's sleep - rare when I travel. If you like quiet and a location that's not downtown noise and traffic, this is perfect.

“Do bother going any place else!”

I am from Maui, and to get all the amenities that these folks offer would cost you 500 dollars minimum a night! This place is AWESOME I am making it my home base while in Boulder. Thank you! SUPER nice people who run it too!

“Best kept secret”

Found the hotel to be clean and homey. Nice accomadations especially for families we had 6 people and the room was very large. Found staff to be very friendly and helpful. Located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood and yet close enough to downtown Boulder.

“Loved Twin Lakes Inn”

I loved this inn, it was cute! Rooms are very spacious with two queen beds, a sofa, a small table to two, and a kitchenette...The Inn is located in a residential neighborhood and it is very quiet here..Although it is not really walking distance to any stores, it is a quck ride into town..I stayed here while visiting my son at CU Boulder for Family Weekend and it was a short drive to the campus. The breakfast is included (bagels, danish, fruit, juiice, coffee). They also have an outdoor gazebo with a hot tub and a small playground. I stayed here initially since it was the only reservation I could get for the Family Weekend at CU since all the other hotels were filled, but now I liked it so well I will definitely be coming back...And the price is very reasonable also!
