Great service, good location, very clean. But resort fee was unacceptable, we did not use at all. Coffee maker needs to be upgraded. If electric kettle provided in room, that will be great.

I loved my stay at the Marriot! Compared to the other resorts I looked at.. Im happy I choose this one as my stay for Hawaii. The staff were super nice and we always came back to a clean room

This was our 3rd consecutive year at the Marriott Waikiki location and it has yet to disappoint. The staff are our favorite, the room views are incredible, the location is spot on and access to stores steps away!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott! Although it does not have a private beach, the ocean is only across the street. The hotel is equipped with nice and useful amenities including water refill stations, towel stations, and you can borrow chairs and boogie boards as a part of the resort fee. Buses run frequently on the street so you can easily travel to nearby restaurants and other destinations. The hotel also offers craft and painting classes, and has a famous shave ice place onsite!

I loved everything about the experience. The facilities were awesome and the staff was lovely. Maria did a great job cleaning our room everyday the whole week we were there. The wait staff at the hotel restaurants were a bit slower than I'm used to, but Aloha , it is Hawaii, after all. The proximity to the beach was perfect. It did rain quite a bit while we were there, but we were close enough to the beach we could sneak out when the weather cleared. Definitely coming back

The first impression upon arriving at 9:30 pm after being delayed in Toronto 7 hours, getting to finally arriving to Vancouver with less than an hour to catch business class in order to fly finally to Honolulu ( duppodrd to have 5 hour layover, almost missed plane) The welcome was appreciated As it took so long to get there due to Sit Canada s delayed transportation without proper explanation stop ! We liked learning how to make a lei , do the hulli and go to a wonderful luouh was a real treat! The main breakfast room was delicious and the staff was friendly ! The only negative was there was no real support for outside activities ! We were approached with people trying g to buy a time share ! I adored Hawaiii and have stayed at many Marriot hotels I am staying g at the Marriot ( JW Marriott in Vancouver , and it’s wonderful ! To improve your ratings you need consistent service, and help staff to correct their errors! It took over 2 hours to correct errors on checkout! Not sure if I got it on my credit card ! Lastly tell me about how to your of Pearl Harbour and Dole Pineapple Factory to name a few ! I live Marriott and will go them! Hope you can improve your communication , customer service . Hopefully you will respond !

Our stay was lovely overall, the room was very average and small for the money we paid, but the staff was lovely, helpful, and friendly. The check in process was painfully slow, with only 1 person so it took forever. The Queensbreak restaurant on site was wonderful. The rest were too overpriced for us to attempt. The location made the averageness of the stay acceptable.

The property is very clean also well maintained. I liked how this resort cleans your room every day and it is well cleaned. The staff was very friendly and not rude at all. The only thing I dislike was the shuttle buses when I arrived at the airport I called the number for the shuttle buses and the lady that answered me was rude! The shuttle buses were kind of difficult to find. But other than that the resort is excellent they are clean, friendly staff, & it’s beautiful the resort it self and of course around it.

The room had a porch with a beautiful view. The Hotel is within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, the Honolulu Zoo and so much more. There are many shuttles and buses that stop there to take tours of places like Pearl Harbor and Diamond Head Park. The room was always cleaned and refreshed every day. The lobby was full of restaurants and stores and even a Surfing store! The bathroom was huge and had very efficient shower and toilet. The room had air-conditioning, which is needed in Hawaii!

Very nice and clean rooms and facility. Across the street from Waikiki beach and close to all the stores on the avenue. There's 2 ABC stores on the property which made it very convenient.

To pay for the ammenties and events is not right when we don't think we will attend It's a lot to play 50$ per day and forced to pay We should be asked to pay when we reserve that event and attend not otherwise This is waste for people on top of hotel lodging

My only complaint was the telephone in my room hardly worked. The maintenance man said its the remotes thatvmake it difficult to use. Other than that I'll would definitely stay here again
