Bad location, way out of date

Posted 12-Sep-2014
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the check in staff was very polite.

Great hotel near airport and base

Posted 09-Sep-2014
Pros: Proximity, pool and price
Cons: Staff needs to leave the air on. They may be cold but a little hot if turned off.
Location: Naval base, Arizona memorial, Harley Davidson shop/rentals, Wendy's. Chinese restaurant at hotel also but did not try due to my schedule.
Went for a quick visit Wed-Sun. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Pool was well kept along with general grounds. Walking distance to Wendy's, Harley Davidson and beach. Airport traffic was not heard unless outside at pool but not overbearing for real frequent. I would stay here again!

OK for a night and good location

Posted 02-Sep-2014
Pros: The free shuttle was good, and the proximity of quite a nice Chinese restaurant.
Cons: The beds and the overall room comfort.
Location: Good locaton, free shuttle, close to a Chinese restaurant, so OK for one night.
The room was quite basic, and the beds were barely adequate.

Basic accommodation in industrial area

Posted 28-Aug-2014
Pros: Close to airport, pickup from and delivery to airport.
Cons: Some sort of refreshment facilities in the rooms ie coffee, tea, sugar, milk.
Location: N/A
Nice chap collected us from airport. Room very basic, airconditioned, shower. No nearby eateries. Frozen food, (reheat in bar microwave), vending machines for soft drinks and snacks. Bar friendly.

Nice Hotel

Posted 23-Aug-2014
Pros: The location is between Aiea and Honolulu. For me it was a good central location.
Cons: Really nothing.
Location: The location was a little hard to find. There is not much around, other than industrial factories and complexes. However, it is near the airport.
The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. Although the location is somewhat removed from everything. It was a good central location in being able to get to everything, including Waikiki, Aiea, and the windward side.

Great Hotel for a One Night Stay

Posted 22-Aug-2014
Pros: It was cozy for one person to stay in.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
Location: From what I could see in my short 8 hours was that there was not much to do near the hotel.
From the moment I got to the hotel to the time I left, the staff were very helpful. The room was kept in a nice condition with the A/C on when I got in there and everything set up nicely. The bathroom was clean and kept and the room the same.

Castle Pacific Marina Hotel

Posted 19-Aug-2014
Pros: Not much
Cons: Move the hotel some place else.
Location: The location was in an industrial area. I knew there could be a problems when the desk clerk was in a glass enclosed office.
Extremely small room. Full of mosquitos. Very clean. In a dumpy area. Advertised as being a half mile from the airport... not really.
