Likes: In a quiet, pleasant pocket, excellent location close to shops and restaurants and within easy access of main routes around the area and the A10 and M25. Modern property with good security and helpful owners. Dislikes: didn’t quite suit our party size with two adults and two older children as the double (2nd bedroom) fitted a bed and literally nothing else. Better suited to a couple or a family with one child or two younger children who can share the small bedroom / bed leaving the big bedroom which included a good sized wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers for the adults. Needs some hooks or towel rails in the bathroom as there was nowhere to hang wet towels other than door handles in the hallway (bathroom was very nice otherwise, modern and clean with a large shower). As there is no dishwasher the owners need to check that glasses, plates, cutlery, etc. have been adequately cleaned by the previous occupants as we found that we needed to rewash most things prior to using them. With a few tweaks this would be the perfect property taking into account the comments above regarding size / make up of party renting.
