The room is a bit small. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is central and right next to walking street so street music can be heard very loud in your room till 4am. Not a place for light sleepers

Sunny hotel
The room was adequate but very noisy at night and morning due to walking street being so close. The lift is VERY temperamental. I walked the stairs because 9/10 it did not work. I had problems with my sim and Ngan on reception was more than helpful. She made my stay there.

At about $30 US/night, I have no complaints. Just need to get a room with no windows to block out all the noise from the convenient Bui Vien Street. If you have higher expectations, then you need to book at a name brand western hotel chain. I would be willing to stay here again for the convenient location.

The front desk receptionist, wanted to take our passports away. He wanted to keep it for 12 hours. He stated that he needed to our passports to police station and make copies, and will return to us 12 hours later. I thought that was really strange. He says he couldn't take copies, he needed the original passports. I could Not allow anyone to take away my passport and promises to return it?! I got really worried. Was he trying to pull a scam on me? He is a 60 year old looking man, I think he is the owner of this hotel. I say to anyone, don't allow anyone to take your passports away when traveling, even government officials. They don't have right to take away your passports. So, I ended up going outside to make copies of my passports and giving it to the receptionist / owner. He then changed his story to, he will now accept copies of my passport. I did stay at this hotel for the week, I didn't think this owner would give me a refund, if I canceled. 2nd, the Air conditioner button did not work. I had to press and hold for two minutes to turn on and off. Other than that, the stay at this hotel went smoothly.

I liked that the staff was friendly. I didnt like that there was no room service. No one ever brought me fresh towels or took out my garbage. I really did not like that my refrigerator was broken the entire time i was there (even though I inquired about it 3 times). The room was much much smaller than advertised and the tv was about the size advertised. The location is great, but if you are a soft sleeper, it is impossible to sleep during the noise at night time. I was supposed to stay for a week, but I left two days early because I couldnt take it anymore. I try to be an opptimistic person, but the experience really sucked.

Hotel claims to serve a full breakfast, however when I went down to get breakfast all they wanted to provide was a piece of fruit and a small drink. In what world is that a full breakfast let alone breakfast. The hotel also does not allow a motorbike to be parked in front of the hotel.

Cheap, Cheerful and prime location
Front desk were good at English (helped us find a pool we could pay to use) - cheap and cheerful. Great location but it is a backpacker area so it can be very loud (that didn't bother us). The aircon did break in our room and make it unbearably cold (the rooms are small and the aircon temp wouldn't increase)

Great stay with good staff!
Nothing much to say when it's a good stay. Really liked the location, staff, lobby. they're renovating (putting lockers outside the rooms to give more space, which will be a nice improvement.)

Substandard hotel not recommended
This is an old and dirty hotel. Room smell, cheap bed that you can feel every single spring pushing against your back. The bed is uncomfortable. Hall way is hot because it is where the a/c heat pump venting its heat. No one help you with your luggages from the street to the hotel. This hotel is substandard, and i don't recommend anyone stay here

In the heart of the city and very loud. The room was TINY although the staff was very helpful. If you are looking for something close to all the shops, bars, and restaurants this is a good place to stay. If you want to rest, probably shouldn't stay here.

Highly recommended due to its location and friendly staff! Lots of nice restaurants nearby so you will never get hungry!

Had an excellent stay! The staff were really helpful and friendly, really nice central location around the Pham Ngu Lao backpackers' area - which also meant the place could be a little noisy at night. Only downside was that because the room was a bit small, I couldn't get the aircon's balance right so was either too cold or too hot! Overall a great stay!

Walking distance to all the bars, birds noisy
This hotel is right in the middle of all the action. Walking distance to all the bars on bui view street. They overbooked my room on the first night so they gave me a smaller room and refunded the difference. They moved me to my larger booked room the next day. It was really spacious with a sofa that I made use of to work. Their blankets initially did not come with sheets so i was concerned about cleanliness, but they gave me a blanket that had clean sheets so that was fixed. The large room that has a window right next to the true, so the birds can be pretty loud in the morning. The staff are very helpful. She informed me the prices I was paying at the Ben Tanh Market was too much.

今回は1泊のみ。 シャワーの出が悪い位であとは問題なく 快適に過ごせた。 フロントスタッフも警備スタッフも親切です。 夜になると斜め向かいのビアホールの音楽が 室内にいても耳障りです。 しかし値段を見るとコスパ最強です。 また泊まりたいです。
