Arrived after booking a 3 bed room, was told the hotel does not have any rooms with 3 beds, and would not accommodate the 3rd person

Thank you for your review. You have booked a room for 3 people and specifically requested a room with 3 beds. If we had a 3-bed room we would provide it to you but we regret not being able to accommodate that. then we gave you family room with 2 large beds. you still don't accept that and ask for a 3 bed room. Then you look for a room with 3 beds but the result is that you only have a room with 2 beds (1 large and 1 small). Have a nice day.

Had a great time at the hotel and owner was very accommodating to needs when my travel plans changed. Also had a great agent in the lobby to help with travel booking. Overall had a great stay!

The staff were nice and friendly. The location is super close to Bui Vien walking street. This hotel does not have an elevator so walking up the 8th floor with our luggages were exhausting. The hotel has an in house laundry which is good.

Koniko is very helpful and accommodating. She gave us tips on how to get around the neighbourhood, where to dine, shop, and do tours. She akso arranged for our transportation to the airport. Im happy with the service.

Was rather shock and disappointed when I reached the hotel and trying to check in. Was told there was no room left for me. Later, move me to a n opposite hotel which l had to climbed 4 storey high, dragging my heavy luggage to the room. To make things worst. I was told that they don't provide me with breakfast! But, fortunately , I only stay one night before l move to another much better hotel!

Konico hotel is the best! Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to be the kids and I are ok to be easy r9so and we are looking at school today so I won't I tell her to come by tomorrow for sure if we are going on a date in a couple weeks I think it would you could get back to me when buying a house is in a better position you are not able or not and didn't see your email for a bit then what are your stats in a couple weeks I think it would that make me feel so 100 you are not able and didn't see your email for ha EA great time in her life to get it out tomorrow if that link doesn't I think it would you mind going up and I can leave at the backpack in a couple weeks I think it would that make me

You won’t find a better staff around, just a short walk to bui Viên, a short drive/walk to city center and people who look out for your best interests. Cheers!

Friendly and convenient
Very friendly and hardworking staff, great breakfast, and good tours available from the friendly tour operator co-located in the lobby. A little bit noisy at night but nothing unreasonable considering the proximity to one of the main nightlife streets of HCMC. Walking distance to main HCMC sights. I would stay here again.

Lovely staff and very affordable
Check in was quick and easy and the owner was very accommodating and helpful towards us. Breakfast was good and the hotel was within walking distance to main places in the city. There are a couple of very cheap and nice restaurants around and good nightlife very close by (a little bit noisy in evenings). Overall we had a lovely stay there and will come back to Koniko if we are back in Saigon in the future. Many thanks :)

The hotel was a bit hard to find. but the location is perfect. Bui bian street is near (a bit noisy). The staff is very kind.

ランドリーサービスと併用していて入り口にかんそうきが並んでいます スタッフはフレンドリーですが、少し粗暴なところもあります 施設は値段なりです エレベーターが無いので、大変です バックパッカーの若者向けで、泊まれればいいけど、個人部屋がいいという人はいいかもしれません クーラーはめっちゃ冷えます ブイビエンにアクセスも良く、値段を抑えたい人はいいかもしれません

Lovely Manager
The manager is lovely and very helpful. The hotel is basic and there is no elevator. We would definetly stay here again as the hotel is quite and in a good area.

Underbart trevlig tjej som äger hotellet! Service minded och fixar frukost på beställning till sina gäster. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Rummen är rena och fina, däremot är det väldigt smutsigt i korridorerna och det sänker betyget något. Det skulle behövas dammas och rengöras på rör och lister. Men vi är nöjda med helheten, definitivt. Samt att det ligger nära backpackers utan att man hör hur livligt det är på nästa gata och det är gångavstånd till nästan allt! Bara ++++ Vi kommer gärna tillbaks!

Simple Hotel. Bathroom was a little bit smelly. Beds were average for asain standards. Room size was good. I was there only for one night and checked out before breakfast, so I cannot make comments on that.

Great location
Great location as you are pratically on one of the main strips. It's an easy walk to any shops or restaurants you fancy. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
