Lovely overnight stay in a clean and stylish room with a comfortable firm bed. Was able to sleep well despite being right near a busy main road, good soundproofing. Breakfast was a delicious and extensive buffet style with a nice range of options. The whole atmosphere was calm and trendy, with a convenient location for our stay. There were a few little odd issues like some lift buttons being damaged and TV being a bit temperamental. Could do with a little TLC in that respect but it didn't stop our stay being enjoyable.

This is most definatley not a boutique hotel, needs a good luck of paint, and quite dirty. Breakfast was also poor. We wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it at that price point

"Good location for NEC Exhibition center, about 12 min walk. Free parking till 2pm on day of departure and reasonably priced bar. Great shower and comfy bed, room very clean. Typical dated UK hotel from about the 90's but overall good conditon. Staff very good and helpful."
