Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the room had not been turned over. There were towels laying around, trash, bedding was disturbed. At that time I returned the keys and declined any further stay at the property. I will be seeking a refund through expedia. I think If there's not enough staff to turn over rooms, that is a problem. Also there was no "MOD" indicated, as the placard in the lobby was blank. Whoever is the manager is responsible for this shortcoming. The lobby attendant was great, no complaints from her.
