Not too bad.
Finding the parking was difficult. My friend is a native Japanese speaker and called in advance to confirm the correct parking location but was given inaccurate directions. We had to move the car or pay more for parking because of that.

Great Stay! Hotel offered breakfast, which was phenomenal. Exceed expectations of a APA hotel (which is a reliably good chain in my opinion). Location is closed enough to train station, but it's convenient to everything else. Good Value! Great Staffs.

Property was in a good location however a few things were not up to standard: 1. The room air conditioning did not work 2. The bathroom fan did not work 3. We were required to surrender our room key each time we left the hotel and if we did not return by midnight we were locked out of our room until the morning!!!

Thank you for staying this time. Our hotel is very convenient for transportation and tourism. Our air conditioning system can only adjust the air volume, but otherwise it is a collective management. You can also take your room key when you go out.Probably at the time of check-in, the information was not available. We're deeply sorry for any trouble that We have caused. Extremely accommodating and curtious staff that go above and beyond to help non-Japanese speakers. The hotel is located at a hotspot with countless food establishments and sites to see including himeji castle which was 1km or a 6 minute walk away.

all the staff are very good. room is always clean and provides clean towels everyday. Bathroom is very small and room is also small and hard to relax.

Is in a very convenient place, between a JR station and Himeji Castle. The staff is very nice. Tho, the hotel has old installations: no usb connectors and just two in the whole room.

Nice stay in Himeji
Really enjoy this hotel. The room is a decent size and clean. The breakfast buffet was ok. Staff really friendly and curtesy. Nice and close to train station and a market with restaurants and shopping.

The area is fabulous!
The staff was very friendly. The room itself was so small, we could barely get our suitcases in with us. The area was fabulous! There was wonderful shopping, food, and everything we could want within walking distance.

Hotel is well overdue an upgrade. Bathroom is worn and yellow, not as clean as it should be. Paint flaking off door frames. Reception very nice but rooms so outdated I'd try and stay elsewhere if possible.

Very close to the castle and station.
It's a great location, close to the station and the castle. It's far enough away from the street noise. The breakfast was very good and the laundry room was clean and tidy, with modern appliances.

Almost a Good Hotel
The hotel was convenient. The staff were extremely helpful. It was great to have a descent place to do laundry. The Wi-Fi was fast with a strong signal. The room was clean, as per Japanese standards. Our only complaint was the bed! The mattress was a wire spring type (I thought they stopped making those in the 1950s!). It squeaked every time one of us moved, and it was so soft we seriously considered sleeping on the floor. It was just awful!

A real disappointment.
After traveling around Japan for several days and staying in other hotels, this was a real disappointment. It was way overpriced, compared to other, nicer hotels. We paid twice as much, but got far less. The room was very small, even by Japanese standards. The staff was not nearly as friendly or helpful as we found at other hotels. The amenities were minimal. There is a building demolition going on next door. Thankfully we were there on the weekend, otherwise that likely would have been very noisy. Finally, the hallway smelled of smoking, even though we had a non-smoking room. Just not a good value for the money.
