“excellent option”

very nice, new hotel. Rooms with nice furniture. Clean carpets, clean bathrooms. Breakfast very good. The only thing they need is a shuttle to La Plaza . This is our second stay there, and for sure there will be more.

“Not impressed with service”

Service was very bad. The front service guy do not care about clients. The hotel is new and clean but the service is very bad. The people in the reception have a bad attitude, the area is noisy and is far away from Mcallen.

“VERY GOOD CHOICE”

Very quiet, and nice hotel. You need a car, if they had a shuttle to to airport or to La Plaza, it would be very very good. They need to change the chair of the computer room, it is very low, compared to the height of the desk. Breakfast was good too. Rooms comfortable and with very good beds, the bathroom is big enough, compared to others hotels of the same category. They should include "happy hour" for our husbands, while we are shopping, so they will be "busy" too. I will get there next time.
