The room seemed clean, TV didnt work but otherwise comfortable. Toilet and shower were clean, but the walls floor and wash hand basin were not, the silicone sealant and mirror were stained and there were dark residue blots on the floor, dread to think what they could be. So we wore our shoes to go to the loo and decided against using the shower. The staff were polite and reception area spacious and well presented.

it was a real great deal considering the price and the city, wouldnt complain . only thing i was not sure of - was there any noise insulation or everyone was just polite and really quiet. lovely place , great staff, good reception area and bar area. definately worth more visits if future allows. Ok for a one night stay in central Watford, reception staff very welcoming and friendly, easy check-in, small car park at rear for guests. Room is very spacious, clean and beds comfortable but very creaky. Very noisy location due to proximity of the busy main road.
